The committee has decided that for future Musical and Pantomime productions, tickets must be paid for when booked. This is to reduce the number of bookings that fail to attend performances. Booking slips will be provided to the Youth Theatre to enable parents to return the slips with payment. The website and answer phone will be amended to advise that payment must be made in advance and notifications of when the box office will be open to book and pay for tickets will also be made available. We currently do not offer an online booking system or a card system but these are currently being looked into. We accept payment by cash or cheque. Could we ask all members who book for friends and family to ensure that bookings are paid for in advance? Further reminders will be issued closer to the time. All bookings must have a contact number or email address on the booking slip. The committee would like to remind all members that the building is a no smoking area and this has been extended to include electronic cigarettes. The theatre is available to hire for private functions, please contact us for further details. The committee have been approached for a donation towards a tree of remembrance for the former wardrobe mistress Rowena. They have agreed a donation of 50. If you have not yet paid your membership fee for the current year can you please arrange to do so as quickly as possible and advise if you are eligible for Gift Aid on the fees. Thank you for your continued support and let me know if there is anything you would like to see in future newsletter. Wishing you all a very happy Easter
