For preferred position and special placement requests, add $75 per page. Multiple-placement rates are available through contract only and contracts must be fulfilled within the 2012 calendar year. For The Horn Book Guide, interior ads are black and white. Color ads are available only on covers. A 15% agency discount is given to qualified agencies. Insertion Orders and Cancellations Insertion orders must be confirmed for each issue. Cancellation of an ad after the materials deadline may result in a 50% penalty fee. Materials Specifications All copy is subject to approval by The Horn Book, Inc. Advertisers will be charged for alteration of materials that do not meet specification.
