1 RGB video amplitude 0.7Vpp with 75 ohm impedance 2 sync amplitude in RGB navi port 3~5Vpp with 5K ohm impedance Sync should be NTSC composite with negative polarity. When in VGA mode, the Hsync and Vsync should be combined by a 74HC86 to make a Composite sync.[xor operation], it can be XOR with 1 to get inverted to negative polarity. 3 RGB resolution NTSC RGB navigation, that is. 320X240,400X240,480X240 Or VGA resolution[640x480 or 800X480] 4 Av1,Av2, cam video 0.7Vpp with 75 ohm impedance NTSC/PAL/SECAM automatic switch 5 IR RGB, IR_AV1 output 3.3V digital infrared control code with 4 data bytes [machine code1,machine code 2, user code, verification code] 6 Normal Power consumption 2.4W [0.2A @12V] 7 Standby current < 10uA 8 Reverse trigger threshold >5V trigger 9 Ctrl port Pin1,2 and Pin7: Output voltage Relay pull voltage for Audio and touch screen selection 5V volts. 10 Ctrl port Pin1,2 and Pin7: Current 2A. At present, BMW CIC, VOLVO, BENZ 2011 NTG4.5, AUDI 3G MMI, Benz S class, Ford viode interface, etc you can only directly to connect this RGBS cable to be as the above instruction, then can realize external DVD, DVB T, GPS BOX by touch operation after by learning IR touch Code Command! IR cable connection: Please look at the above picture, IR cable is for external DVD, DVB T IR cable input connection. In common, you need to cut the DVD, and DVB T IR remote cable IR receiver head, then you can see there are three parts in this DVD IR cable: two small cable, and one is the shielding case. Among the two small cable, the cable connecting to the first leg of IR head receiver is the IR signal transmittion, the other small cable is useless, so you only need to connect the IR transmitton cable the video interface IR output cable together is ok. Please look at the right picture, the RED CIRCLE marked is the Fisrt Leg of IR header, to connect the DVD, or DVB T IR cable, and the DVD, DVB T IR cable shielding case connecto to be Ground after cut the IR header. Then to finish the video interface and external DVD, DVB T IR cable connection.
To set the video interface switcher 6 th PIN to down for ready IR code learing as the picture: Then the original screen will show the touch ICON for ready learning IR CODE COMMOND as the below picture: Finally, to make the DVD, or DVB T remote contorller point at the video interface IR eye as the below picture show ( the IR eye is inside the video interface) to start the IR command learning
correspondly, you must do not exit this learning situation unit to finish the all touch ICON IR command learning, otherwise, the learning will be failed. after finish all the touch ICON learning then to pull up and down video interface switch 6 th PINS 5-6 times to calibration, until the monitor appear the Cross LOGO, then stop to pull the DIP6, and start to touch the CROSS LOGO to calibration touch functions.
