Nice spaces and central, but can be difficult to place any advertising at the venue to tell people what's happening. The Church has halls and rooms of various sizes available for hire. These can accommodate up to 100. For information telephone the church office on (01225) 310050 on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday morning or leave a message on the answer phone at other times. Some parking is available in the Museum car park in Morford Street.

Toilets for all of the rooms are situated on the ground floor. The Mezzanine The largest room is situated on the top floor of the Museum and is equipped with 100 chairs, a selection of tables and a small cafe space. The cafe is provided with fridge, sink, dishwasher and some crockery.a self service hot drinks machine is available for use. There are no cooking or heating facilities. There is a projector screen and blinds are provided on the large windows of this light and airy space. The room measures 50 ft x 50 ft and communicates directly with the Museum. It is available for hire in the evening throughout the year and during the day between November 1st and April 1st. Lighting is provided by halogen spotlights and ambient lighting from globe lighting. The fire limit for the use of this space is 80 persons. Projectors, lectern,flip chart, etc are available for use and a member of staff is in attendance. Mezzanine Hire Charges 50 per half day 75 per evening 100 per full day Hudson Gallery This smaller more intimate room is available for small meetings and is situated on the ground floor. Fold down tables and a projector screen are available. The room seats approximately 20 persons and the fire limit is 25 persons. The refreshment facilities on the top floor are available to users of this room during breaks, etc. Projectors, lectern, flip chart, etc are available for use and a member of staff is in attendance.
