TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Dear client, We would like to help you with your event preparations here at the Circus Building. We have therefore made a presentation that showcases your digital possibilities and thereby help you to design your event. All presentations and music can be checked in advanced, please book time with your event contact. We can download from dropbox or you can deliver your presentation on USB/drive. Please try to collect all presentations on one USB/drive to make sure it is loaded in the right order. As we don t have apple products, you need to bring your own computer and connecter to be able to use your computer and the program in witch you have made your presentation. Included in the room rental is usage of: the round screens (on each side of the stage) and the screen in the middle of the stage ( just behind the curtain) Other screens in the building that you can rent for extra promotion are: 1 big LED screen (6mx5m) incl. 3x2 side screens (0,5mx5m) on stage. 2 small screens (60 16:9) over the doors, inside the foyer. REGARDING ALL PROJECTOR SCREENS IN THE CIRCUS HALL THESE SPECIFICATIONS ARE TO BE FOLLOWED Film/Video specifications: Codec WMV/H.264: HD 720p: 8-12 Mbps HD 1080p: 16-20 Mbps The resolution of all projectors is 1024*768px, please make sure that your content fits on 4:3 screens. If you use your own computer or videoequipment for content make sure that you can output 1080i/50 through HDMI or SDI. Presentations: Power Points, Keynote presentations and similar should be made in 4:3 format. If you wish to use our computers please make sure that it is a PC compatible format, i.e. pptx. THE CIRCUS BUILDING TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS ROUND SCREENS IN THE CIRCUS HALL There are 2 round screens placed on each side of the stage. 3 meters in diameter Panasonic PT-EX500. The screens are back projected and will show the same image. NB: As it is a round screen it is very important you use the screen profile to see what is projected. You will find more information about the screen profile on the following pages. We would like to test your production with you. This test can only be done at a show night just before the technicians start up their normal preparations. This test is to be done no later than 14 days prior to your event! PAGE 4 OF 12
FONT SIZE Font size absolute minimum 24pt or it will be too hard to read for the guests. Minimum 24pt Preferably as large as possible e.g. 70pt PAGE 5 OF 12

THE CIRCUS BUILDING TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 1 MIDDLE SCREEN 6 meter wide x 3 meter high DX100E projector with 1024*768 px resolution. The screens are back projected, and as you see on the above picture, it can either show the same as on the round screens, or something different. Please note that if you plan to use the full stage, you cannot use this screen at the same time. The screen is located just behind the stage curtain. We would like to test your production with you. This test can only be done at a show night just before the technicians start up their normal preparations. This test is to be done no later than 14 days prior to your event! PAGE 7 OF 12
LED SCREEN The screen is divided into one center screen in back of the stage and 3 pillars on each side. This screen cannot be used at the same time as the normal front screen. It takes 1 minute to change from using this screen to be able to use the front screen again, see images on the next pages. We have some preparation with this screen, therefore it can not be booked or un-booked within the last 16 days before the event. 6 m with and 5 m high PAGE 8 OF 12
REGARDING THE LED SCREEN THESE SPECIFICATIONS ARE TO BE FOLLOWED Film/Video specifications: If you are playing your video on our equipment it is mandatory that you follow the guidelines below Videoprofile: MPEG2(.mpg) Resolution: 1440*800 px Pixel Aspect Ratio: Square (1,0) CBR (Constant BitRate) Bitrate: 20-25 Mbps No audio If you use your own computer or videoequipment for content make sure that you can output 1080i/50 through HDMI or SDI. VIDEOMIXER We have a Roland V1200HD videomixer with 10 SDI and 4 HDMI in. The videomixer accepts only 1080i signal. See image for details.
