P12 LOUNGE CLUB The P12 Lounge Club was completely refurbished and decorated by renowned decorators in 2014. It was designed as a VIP lounge for concerts and shows in Hall 12. Today it has clearly also become a special place popular with many companies looking for an exclusive venue for their event. P12 Lounge Club certainly has many attractive points. Its individual entrance leads directly from parking E, which is extremely convenient for visitors. On the ground floor, a welcome area with cloakroom enables hosts to receive their guests individually. The event space on the first floor is divided into 4 zones, each representing one of the natural elements: water, fire, wind and earth. The refined decoration reflects these elements. The 4 zones combine easily with one and other, or can be easily separated. The venue has two bars; one in the front and the other towards the rear, thus allowing the area to be conveniently separated, for example for two distinct groups. At the rear, a large terrace with furniture is particularly appreciated. The event space is also entirely furnished with high bar tables, stools and sofas with low tables. This furniture can of course be arranged to suit your needs or removed. Multiple screens and an advanced integrated lighting system complete the equipment. Designed as the VIP zone for the concert hall, the Lounge Club also has its own catering team with a renowned chef (Sébastien Oger). The dedicated team will take care of your reception, walking dinner served on trays or your seated dinner.
