2016-2017 SEASON OF EVENTS WWW.HAAA.ORG

DEAR PATRONS OF THE ARTS: As we enter our 23rd season, we ve procured a special selection of events especially for you filled with nostalgia, music, comedy, pets, an orchestra, voices and dance. We trust this selection of art programs will enrich, inspire and entertain you and your family. The age old saying, A picture is worth a thousand words appropriately defines the selfie image being taken by illusionist, Adam Trent with Henderson County students during one of our many school performances. Educating our children and youth through the visual and performing arts is a huge part of our mission, who we are and what we do. The arts open minds, inspire creation and present opportunities for all of us to enjoy the gifts and talents of others. We hope you will plan to join us for all 10 shows we have planned during the 2016-17 season. This year there are more events for you to enjoy and attend. If you re a current season ticket subscription holder thank you! If you ve considered purchasing season tickets now is the time! For $280 you can purchase a season ticket to 10 premier shows, that s just $28 a show while saving 15% off the individual tickets if you purchased each show separately, that s like getting one show free. This year we have a special signature bonus, add-on show, FOX s ALL STAR IDOLS featuring American Idol musical director, Michael Orlan and 4 all-star finalist and season winners. Mark your calendars for Friday, February 3 and plan to see this one-city, one-time event right here in Henderson. We re pleased to announce Field & Main Bank is joining HAAA as a season presenting sponsor and together we are proud to introduce a thoroughly crafted line up of inspiring art experiences for your enjoyment. Please call us today to renew or purchase new season or individual tickets to the exciting new season! The arts are TH E HEA R T O F H E N D E RS O N They enrich our community. Educate our children. Provide inspiration. We look forward to seeing you at McCormick Hall for all of this year s shows. Kindly, Greg Gibson Executive Director The Kentucky Arts Council, the state arts agency, provides operating support to Henderson Area Arts Alliance with state tax dollars and federal funding from the National Endowment for the Arts.
