Additional General Notes for Live Musician Services: Musicians will perform the music listed on their set-lists and any additional songs agreed-upon in advance. Requests for new music to be learned less than one month prior to the event may be denied due to insufficient time to adequately learn the song(s). If a guest spills drinks on, knocks over, or damages our equipment in any way, there will be a delay in services for us to resolve. Potentially the performance may be canceled if equipment is beyond repairs. In such instances, there will be refunds offered. Please be aware for outdoor events, wind can make it difficult to be heard at times. In rare cases where the wind causes too much distraction in the mics (in our opinion), we will perform acoustically. We may need a Tent for Outdoor performances to protect our equipment (and your event) from the elements (rain, sun, heat, etc.). We provide our own tent. Should you not want us to use a tent, we will discuss the risks associated with that. Live music services do not include mics for the pastor or readers as it requires another person to setup and monitor those mics during the ceremony. That can be added for $150. Weddings: If your videographer or anyone else is using wireless systems, it could create microphone interference. We attempt to use wired mics when possible to avoid this. If we need to use wireless mics, we do all we can to test for this beforehand to lessen the chance of this happening. But in the event it does happen, we cannot be held responsible for other systems causing interference. Videographer mics, Venue systems and Police/Fire systems are examples of frequencies that can cause interference. In such cases, we would perform acoustically. This is a rare occurrence, but we wanted to address. Live music services is for live music only and does not included microphones for the pastor and/or readers. Such situations would be covered in our DJ packages for the ceremony. There must be power access within 150 feet. If there is not power access, we can provide a Generator at an additional cost of $300. This is a rare occurrence. The ceremony location must be on the same grounds and within a 5-10 minute ride to the cocktail hour/reception location. If it is not accessible by car, there must be a cart provided for us to transport equipment, etc. Our contract does not include us attending any wedding rehearsals. Generally, it is not needed for us to be there. If you d like us to attend the Rehearsal the day/evening prior, we can do so at a cost of $100 per musician to cover time & equipment necessary. We would also need to schedule this in advance to ensure no conflicts with other events the day prior and cannot guarantee availability until such services are added to the contract. There will be a few minutes delay prior to the start of your cocktail hour music. Once the ceremony ends and everyone has exited toward Cocktail Hour, we will head over there and begin playing. It s only a few minutes delay obviously but we like to make that known.
