SEE THINGS DIFFERENTLY Do you remember when you were fifteen years old? Everything was exciting, emotional and life or death. That s exactly like our 5th season. Filled with defiance, fun and finding your own voice. Stage anarchy abounds as the Marx Brothers no-holds-barred craziness start us off with their 98 Broadway hit, Animal Crackers. Rediscover a Pulitzer Prize-winning classic about growing up, The Effects of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds and get to know a whole different kind of family in The Legend of Georgia McBride. We relish again our holiday gift to San Diego, A Christmas Carol. What better way to start 08 than with Henry VIII and The Last Wife, Katharine Parr in an eye opening exploration of this famous queen s effect on history. Then, a revival of Sondheim s gorgeous exploration of love, aging and romance, A Little Night Music. We ll wrap up the season with a world premiere of a delicate drama, The Wind and the Breeze. It s a uniquely Cygnet season filled with delicious variety, pure entertainment, and thought-provoking theatre. In the last fifteen years, we ve learned to push boundaries, explore the new, and stay relentlessly passionate. Join us, because when you re fifteen the best is yet to come!
