ENDEAVOR Sharing Supper On Wednesday, January 27, Marquette-Adams Telephone Cooperative sponsored Endeavor Sharing Supper, a free community meal for local residents Endeavor and surrounding areas. These sharing meals are held last Wednesday every month, and are an excellent opportunity for people to network and share a great dining experience free social and economic borders. Not only did Marquette-Adams sponsor event, but we also had a large group our employees volunteer to set up, serve, and clean up following meal. The Endeavor Sharing Supper Leadership Team Directors and volunteers served a delicious meal chicken parmesan. It was a great opportunity for us to get to know some our members, as well as make new connections and hear what people in our communities had to say. We set up an informational booth where we provided some free gifts and answered questions for any our current or potential new members. We also brought along some pictures for children in attendance to color for our Annual Easter Coloring contest. They colored some very creative pictures that are currently being displayed in our fice. All in all, night was a huge success and we had a great time. Nearly 200 people were in attendance, and although we were busy, we enjoyed opportunity to enrich community. 2
EASTER Coloring Contest Marquette-Adams Telephone Cooperative is having a coloring contest for kids ages 3-10, at our fice in Oxford. There are all sorts coloring pictures to choose from, so come on in and grab some entries for children in your family! Pictures will be located in our fice, so feel free to take a few. We will hang all submissions, so even if you re too old to win, your colored picture will still be displayed. All entries are due by Monday, March 21, and winners will be drawn on Tuesday, March 22. Remember, we are judging on creativity, not perfection, so have fun with contest and show us your creative skills.
