Local Presenter / Purchaser Agrees To Furnish At Own Expense Sound All Sound systems must be mutually agreed between the Artist and the Purchaser based on the venue prior to performance. The Artists carry their own FOH sound engineer, The Artist may carry the Wireless microphone systems listed below. Please confirm microphone requirements with the Artist or Artist s representative. Minimum Specification: Microphones - 6 x Shure Beta 87A ULX or similar wireless microphones (for vocals), In exceptional circumstances where wireless microphones are not available 6 x Shure Beta 87A wired microphones may be accepted with prior agreement with the artist. 1 x talkback mic with cable and 1 rescue vocal mic on stage Initials Date 1
Main PA must be capable of 95dbA continuous across seated area, subs must be capable of at least 95dbC. (martin audio, nexo, ev, rcf, jb dynacord, or similar., with all necessary amps and cables. Example: Depending on the venue typically 4 x 15 inch 1000w Tops along with 2 x 18 inch 1000w Subs will suffice, along with all necessary amplifiers and cables Analogue or Digital Mixer,at least 16 channels, with reverb and EQ Capability (midas, allen & heath, Yamaha, digico, digidesign) 4 x 12" monitors 1000w (martin audio, nexo, ev, rcf, jb dynacord or similar) and necessary cables. Generally four monitor mixes are used. 2 x di box (bss, klark teknik or similar) with 2 x 3 meter guitar cables. 30 meter multicore at least 12 channels from stage and at least 6 returns. Lighting A minimum lighting grid to support front/middle of stage lighting of 6 clear white washes or specials to cover the six vocalists as per stage plan. Also a wash or special to cover pianist. An additional grid of coloured washes for effect (red, blue, amber, green) and moods to cover the full performance area. Most existing, permanently installed, theatre systems with a central lighting console and dimmers that include an assortment of par cans, etc. that is setup for theatrical performances are suitable. A lighting technician should be there to make sure the lighting focus suffices Backdrop If a choice of backdrops exists, a cyclorama (CYC) that can be washed with any combination of reds, blue, ambers, greens would be ideal. Also if projector facilities are available on to CYC it may be utilised If there is no CYC, a black backdrop would be acceptable. We do appreciate and understand that in many venues backdrops may not be available, or practical. Initials Date 2
Dressing Room A minimum of two (2) private dressing rooms furnished with chairs, table, mirror, clothes rack. The dressing rooms should have access to a private bathroom with hot and cold running water, supplied with soap and clean towels, tissue and paper towels. The use of a clothes steamer if available would be really appreciated. Meal and Hospitality The Artist requests a meal for 9 or 10 people (Exact Number will be confirmed by Agent) to arrive at the venue, 2 hours before ShowTime. A healthy hot meal would be appreciated, comprised of Pasta/Rice and Meat Entrée (Chicken, Beef, Etc.) Accompanied by Mixed Vegetables, Choice of Potatoes or Mixed Salad, Choice of Breads Assorted Sandwiches The Artist requests a selection of Bottled Water, Sodas Diet and Regular, Tea and Coffee and a selections of light snacks including fruit, and would really appreciate if this was available on arrival at the venue. Accommodation Where the Presenter is has agreed to provide accommodation according to contract terms the Artist requires 5 non-smoking hotel rooms in the same hotel on the day and evening of the performance. The hotel should be a minimum 3 star standard unless otherwise approved by ARTIST S representative. Initials Date 3
