LOAD IN The Victoria Theater stage is directly accessible via loading dock doors off SL. Distance from dock doors to stage is approximately 50. There is room at the dock for 1 tractor-trailer. Stage Loading Doors are 11'-8" W x 18'-6" H STAGING STAGE SPECIFICATIONS STAGE FLOOR Sprung flooring system, maple tongue and groove surface on ¼ neoprene pads. There are no traps in the floor. The use of stage fasteners, lags, screws, or nails, etc. must be discussed. The use of rosin and other dance treatment is restricted to areas covered by a linoleum or other dance floor coverings. Any damage to the floor must be repaired at the expense of the Presenter. EMPTIES STORAGE Empties may be left in the loading dock. In addition, part of the basement under the Prudential Hall stage may be available for storage. There are five presets; full, half, concert, lecture, and out. Additionally, there is a local setting that can be set from either the lighting booth or the backstage panel allowing individual settings for 8 channels of houselights. The fade time between any two settings is approximately six seconds and is not adjustable. Curtain warmers can be controlled from three positions: the lighting booth, the followspot booth, and from the downstage right equipment rack. There are four presets: full, half, preset, and out. Additionally, there is a local setting that can be set from either the lighting booth or the backstage panel allowing individual settings for two channels. In rep, each of these two channels control a pair of Par 64 s on the balcony rail. The fade time between any two settings is approximately six seconds and is not adjustable. Page 4 of 11

COMMUNICATIONS HEARING ASSISTANCE VARIABLE ACOUSTIC CURTAINS POWER A four channel Clear-Com system is installed throughout the theater with base station capability at SL, Control Booth, House Mix or production table. 1 HME 4 station wireless system with 4 headsets, patched to the Clear-Com system. A dressing room monitor and paging system is installed, paging from SL. AUDIO (CONT D) Sennheiser SI-1013 infrared system with 20 headsets, 5 hearing aid plug in adapters, 5 hearing aid loop adapters. Manually operated velour acoustic curtains are located throughout the theater. These convert the theater from hard, live mode (ideal for recitals) to soft mode. DSL - isolated ground, 100A, 3 phase, 4 wire, 120/208 Vac disconnect. This is separate power from lighting. VIDEO MONITORING VIDEO & STAGE MANAGEMENT A Color and Black and white low light camera is located on the balcony rail focused on the stage. Monitors are located at the stage manager s station DSL and DSR. A limited number of other monitors and cameras are available. Each is equipped with audio monitoring and paging systems, and all have individual bathrooms with showers.
