CANCELLATION/MAKE-UPS The Preparatory Center office or individual instructor should be notified at least 24 hours in advance, if possible, when a lesson or class must be missed. All students must be available for concert dates and the last coaching before a concert. 2. Please inform the chamber coach about all anticipated absences at the beginning of the semester. 3. In the event of an unplanned absence due to an emergency or sickness, please call the coach by 5 pm the night before rehearsal, if possible. Preparation: 1. Students are required to keep their sheet music in a folder or binder specifically for chamber music. 2. Parts will be given out the week following auditions. Students are required to work on their assigned parts with their private teachers during the first two weeks after receiving them. Please communicate with your coach if any questions or concerns arise during the semester.
