Dressing Rooms All dressing rooms are fully accessible, have keypad locks, mirrors, audio show relay, paging calls and a video feed of the main stage. Additional showers and toilets are available on all levels. On Level 2 there are two production offices for visiting companies with phone lines, photo copier and fax machine and a Wardrobe complete with washing and drying machines. Promenade setting for over 1700 people Main Auditorium seating stage right Hire Fee The daily hire rate for the Main Auditorium is 18,500 plus VAT for use between 9.00am to 11pm. This includes: - Event management - An allocation of technicians each on a 12 hour call* - Full use of Main Auditorium sound and light equipment (as detailed in the technical specifications) - A team of Front of House staff including a House Manager and ushers for the event duration - Exclusive use of Front of House Atrium including the Mezzanine Level ideal for receptions - Exclusive use of Main Auditorium dressing rooms * For additional technicians please ask the Events team for a copy of our hourly technician rates Get-in Days The Main Auditorium is presented as a black box for the start of each event. In some cases a get-in day will be necessary for the technical team to achieve the required lighting for an event, for example a professional lighting rig can take a crew of six staff between 6-8 hours to achieve and approximately three to four hours to dismantle. The daily hire rate for Get-in days is 10,500 plus VAT for use between 9.00am to 11pm. Get-out To ensure each event gets as much time in the Main Auditorium as possible it must be returned to its original operating mode at the end of each event, known as a Get-out. This is charged at a standard hourly rate for each technician involved and can take up to 4 hours depending on sound and lighting requirements. Events Delegate Discount Client s delegates can benefit from 20% discount off any tickets for performances at Sadler's Wells and Peacock Theatres (tickets subject to availability there is no limit on ticket purchase). To obtain the discount, they must be purchased in person at Ticket Office on the day of the event by mentioning the Events Delegate Discount and quoting the event the delegate is attending. Preferred Suppliers Catering is exclusively available through our in house catering team, Sadler's Wells Catering, who are happy to devise a menu to suit your needs and budget. Getting to Sadler s Wells Sadler's Wells is situated on Rosebery Avenue, London EC1R 4TN and boasts an enviable location, based minutes away from underground, national and international transport links, including Eurostar s home at St Pancras International. Sadler's Wells is a fully accessible building. By Bus - Numbers 19, 38 and 341 travel from the West End to the theatre's own bus stop. Many buses travel from Waterloo, Liverpool Street, Euston and Kings Cross stations to the Angel. By Tube - Angel (Northern Line City Branch) is a 250-metre walk from Sadler's Wells. Trains run every few minutes northbound to Kings Cross and Euston, and southbound to Bank and London Bridge. By Car - There are no turns into St. John St from Pentonville, City and Goswell Roads. The easiest route is from Pentonville Road into the west side of Claremont Square and down Amwell Street. Please note Sadler's Wells is within the London Congestion Charging zone.
