The Second Screen to Create an Account may provide Contacts already entered in the System that match or closely match your Name. You must confirm the Correct Information to use with this Account 3

The Main Menu Will Appear on Each Screen After Creating an Account you will Log In, and this is the Personalized Welcome Screen where you can: View Permits or Inspections View a Job Summary Schedule Inspections Apply for a Permit Find Additional Information Modify Account 4

View Permits by Applicant Name was Selected for this Particular Search. Enter the appropriate Search Criteria as Requested. 6

APPLY FOR TRADES PERMIT ONLINE Select Permit Application or Apply for a Permit 16

Always Shows where you are in the Application Process Provide the Assigned Contractor ID Number For the Appropriate Trade License needed for the Permit you are Requesting. If you are Licensed in more than one Trade, you will have Multiple Contractor ID Numbers The Building Permit Number has to be provided unless this will be a Stand-Alone Trade Permit. Provide Locator Information If using Job Address to Identify Location, the Address you enter (Including City Name) must be the Mailing Address for the Property. Permit Application Third Screen 19

If the Job Address you Entered did not Find and Exact Match to an Address in the Parcel Database, You will get this Screen. Try Clicking on Prev to return to the Previous Screen, and Re-Enter the Address Information. You may have Spelled the Street Name Incorrectly, or used the Wrong Street Suffix. If you are Unable to Match a Street Address after Several Attempts, you should Contact the Inspections Permit Office at the Number Shown. Address Error Screen 20

Any of Your Personal Information may be Modified If you are authorized to Schedule Inspections on behalf of Another Contractor you may Modify your Account by Entering their Contractor ID here, and then you are able to schedule Inspections for their Permits also. Modify Account Screen 29
