Thank you for your interest in renting one of our rooms at The Corazon Cinema and Cafe. Please call #904-679-5736 for any additional questions you may have and ask for Karla Wagner. The room will only be secured once a 50% deposit is received.

This contract, entered into as of (date) will serve as the mutual agreement for the rental of one of the rooms at The Corazon Cinema and Cafe. At the conclusion of the program, you will have the theater cleared and restored to its condition prior to your arrival. The balance of the base rental fee will be due one week prior to the engagement. Cancellation by Renter Renter may cancel this contract by written notice no less than 30 days prior to rental date, in which case Renter will receive full refund of deposit. Less than 30 days, deposit will be forfeited. Hold Harmless Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Corazon Cinema and cafe, its employees, from and against all actions, claims or suits, and against any expenses (including attorney fees) which The Corazon Cinema and Cafe must pay or incur by reason of or resulting from injury, loss or damage to people or property, whether resulting from the negligent performance of or failure to perform any obligation under this agreement.

Concessions The Corazon Cinema and Cafe retains the right to sell concessions during the rental period and will retain one hundred percent (100%) of all sales. If Renter opts to have the concessions stand closed during the rental period, or does not wish to use our in-house caterer, a $45 fee will be charged to Renter. Decorations No decorations or advertising shall be placed in or on building walls or corridors, nor shall any advertising signs be supported by nails, tacks, screws, or adhesive tape on walls windows or woodwork, without the written consent of The Corazon Cinema and Cafe. Parking There is no guaranteed parking available in the lot of The Corazon Cinema and Cafe. Please instruct all participants to make use of the metered municipal parking lots in the back (Free after 6:00 p.m.) Please See Karla for Renting limited spaces. Concurrent Use The Corazon Cinema and Cafe reserves the right to rent out other parts of the Cinema. The Renter understands that the Reenter has no rights to enter or use the areas in other areas of the building. Alcohol & Smoking The Corazon Cinema and Cafe will provide all beer and wine beverages needed. No Smoking is allowed on the premises. Signature Date
