For grades Prelmnary to V canddates presentng a certfcate or result sheet verfyng that they have passed the Local Centre wrtten Theory & Harmony paper for the same grade as, or hgher than, ther practcal examnaton wll be exempt from the Theory tests and wll be awarded full marks for ths secton. Canddates wll be asked to name and explan the followng n relaton to the peces performed: Elementary Grade Clefs, stave, bar lnes, note values and expresson markngs. Prelmnary Grade Clefs, stave, bar lnes, smple tme sgnatures, note values and expresson markngs. Prmary Grade Clefs, stave, bar lnes, smple tme sgnatures and expresson markngs.
