WHAT TO DO IF THE LIBRARY DOESN T SEEM TO OWN THE ARTICLE I NEED? We can order articles or books that we don t own through a service called Interlibrary Loan or ILL. Our library staff will contact other libraries and ask them to scan the article (no cost to you), or to ship us the book. This often takes less than 1 day for you to receive an article as a PDF, but will take longer for a print book.
