The Indo American Journal of Pharmaceutical Research (IAJPR) is a double blind peerreviewed international journal. IAJPR is a bi -monthly journal which publishes original Research, Review article & Short communications in all aspects of Pharmaceutical sciences with strong emphasis on originality & scientific quality. Manuscripts with multi-authors imply the consent of each of the authors. Submission of an article to IAJPR is understood to imply that it has not been either published or not being considered for publication elsewhere. Wording of titles should be chosen carefully to provide information on the contents and to function as "points of entry" for information retrieval. Authorship The journal allows maximum of 7 authors for a manuscript. The work should be approved by all coauthors. One author should be designated as corresponding author with E-mail address, Postal address, Telephone/Cell no. /Fax no. All persons who have made substantial contributions to the work reported in the manuscript should be included as co-author(s) (e.g. data collection, analysis, writing, editing assistance) but who do not fulfil the authorship criteria should be named with their specific contributions in Acknowledgment. Abstract: Should start on a new page after the title page and should present the reason of the study, the main findings, and principal conclusions, not more than 250 words. All the three categories, Review Articles, Research papers and Short Communications should have an Abstract. Keywords: 3-6 keywords are allowed. Introduction: Should start on a new page and should clearly indicate the aim of the study. Materials & Methods This section should describe the materials and methods used in sufficient detail to allow the study to be replicated. Please include details of ethical approval in this section (if any). Result & Discussion: All results presented in tabular or graphical form shall be described in this section. All Tables and figures must have a title and a legend to make them self-explanatory and they should be given numbers. Tables and figures should be typed on separate sheets. Discussion should contain a critical review of the results of the study with the support of relevant literature. It can end with brief conclusions. Conclusion This section should contain only finding of research. Acknowledgements: All acknowledgments should be typed in one paragraph directly preceding the reference section. Authors Statements

(if authors are having conflict of interest please inform to editor in chief IAJPR) Ethical matter Authors using experimental animal & human subjects in their investigation must seek approval from the appropriate ethical committee. The ethical standards of experiments must be in accordance with the guidelines provided by the CPCSEA (animal) and ICMR (human). Tables & Figures: Tables & Figures should be placed in text of manuscript at appropriate position. PLEASE DO NOT SEND TABLES & FIGURES SEPERATELY. Tables Tables should be self-explanatory and should not duplicate textual material. Tables with more than 10 columns and 25 rows should be avoided. Number tables, in Arabic numerals, consecutively in the order of their first citation in the text and supply a brief title for each. Place explanatory matter in footnotes, not in the heading. Explain in footnotes all non-standard abbreviations that are used in each table. Obtain permission for all fully borrowed, adapted, and modified tables and provide a credit line in the footnote. For footnotes use the following symbols, in this sequence: *,,,,,, **,, Tables with their legends should be provided at the end of the text after the references. The tables along with their number should be cited at the relevant place in the text Illustrations (Figures) Upload the images in JPEG format. The file size should be within 4 MB in size while uploading. Figures should be numbered consecutively according to the order in which they have been first cited in the text. Labels, numbers, and symbols should be clear and of uniform size. The lettering for figures should be large enough to be legible after reduction to fit the width of a printed column. Symbols, arrows, or letters used in photomicrographs should contrast with the background and should be marked neatly with transfer type or by tissue overlay and not by pen. Titles and detailed explanations belong in the legends for illustrations not on the illustrations themselves. When graphs, scatter-grams or histograms are submitted the numerical data on which they are based should also be supplied. The photographs and figures should be trimmed to remove all the unwanted areas. If photographs of individuals are used, their pictures must be accompanied by written permission to use the photograph. If a figure has been published elsewhere, acknowledge the original source and submit written permission from the copyright holder to reproduce the material. A credit line should appear in the legend for such figures. Legends for illustrations: Type or print out legends (maximum 40 words, excluding the credit line) for illustrations using double spacing, with Arabic numerals corresponding to the illustrations. When symbols, arrows, numbers, or letters are used to identify parts of the illustrations, identify and explain each one in the legend. Explain the internal scale (magnification) and identify the method of staining in photomicrographs. Final figures for print production: If the images uploaded are not printable quality, the publisher office may request for higher resolution images which can be sent at the time of aceptance of the manuscript. Send sharp, glossy, un-mounted, color photographic prints, with height of 4 inches and width of 6 inches at the time of submitting the revised manuscript

The Journal reserves the right to crop, rotate, reduce, or enlarge the photographs to an acceptable size. References The references should be listed on a separate sheet and should be numbered consecutively in the order in which they are first mentioned in the text (not in alphabetical order). Cite the references in the text by the appropriate number e.g. [1], [2, 3], [4-6], [7, 8-10] and the numbers should be within square brackets. Avoid using abstracts as references. Although the editors, editorial board, and referees make every effort to ensure the validity of published manuscripts, the final responsibility rests with the authors, not with IAJPR. Reprints Journal provides printed reprints. Authors will receive reprints by courier on postal address provided by corresponding author. Publication Processing Fees Open Access Publication: Manuscripts submitted to IAJPR are assumed to be submitted under the Open Access publishing mod el. There is no charge for the processing of papers but author(s) of each accepted paper is required to pay a publication charge as mentioned below. How your submission is handled: You will receive confirmation of receipt of your submission within 2 working days. Your paper will be assigned a Manuscript ID please use this number in all Correspondence relating to your paper. All submissions are subject to peer review. Our peer review process includes an initial assessment by the editor-in-chief and an Associate editor. Manuscript will be subjected for plegerisum by using plegerisum software. The manuscript will be forwarded to reviewer. Reviewed manuscripts & Plegerisum Report will be forwarded to the author with a decision of acceptance, a request for minor revision, a request for major revision or a rejection. Corrected manuscript will again subjected for plegerisum, if plegerisum report is more than 25% manuscript will be forwarded to author or correction. Manuscripts that are accepted after making necessary revision/ amendments / plegerisum less than 25 % and deemed ready for publication are then forwarded to the CFD for editing and formatting. A gallery proof will be sent to corresponding author for final approval. Payment notice will be sent to corresponding author. The author is notified of the date of scheduled publication on IAJPR and Scopemed. Address verification mail will be send to corresponding authors. Reprints and certificate will be dispatched to corresponding author.
