S 95 / SH 95 linear actuators The Powerful The linear actuators of the S 95 and SH 95 series have a compact design. They are available as single-phase devices with 230 V and as three-phase variant with 400 V. Powerful single-phase and three-phase AC motors with a winding diameter of 95 mm provide large traversing forces and virtually constant traversing speeds even under load changes. In thermally harsh environments bronze gearboxes can be used. Of course, we perfectly adapt the power, design and traversing speed of the S 95 and SH 95 actuators to your individual application. The linear actuators of these series are also available as low-voltage three-phase AC system with frequency inverter (DC-FI system). Please ask for our DC-FI brochure. S 80 / SH 80 linear actuators The Universal The compact linear actuators of the S 80 and SH 80 series are available as single-phase devices with 230 V. Powerful AC motors with a winding diameter of 80 mm provide large traversing forces. High efficiency can be achieved by choosing a preferred direction for the drive. The linear actuators of these series are also available as low-voltage three-phase AC system with frequency inverter (DC-FI system). Please ask for our DC-FI brochure. It is however possible to perfectly adapt the windings, spindles and preferred direction of S 80 and SH 80 linear actuators to your individual application. The Control unit CTRL The Control unit CTRL HANNING s control unit CTRL without housing is suitable for applications in very small mounting spaces and offers the user many control and safety options. All HANNING linear actuators and lifting columns can be equipped with this type of control unit. Safety options Enable input Motor functions can be enabled or inhibited via this input. Safety switch-off Use this port to connect micro switches which ensure that the motor reverses automatically when touching an obstacle. Both directions of the connected motors can be polled. Error diagnostics Control 5 V DC Connection of up to four analogue keyboards or foot switches Infra-red interface RECS80 for hand or foot switches Coded RECS80 Easy and quick error diagnostics because all important components indicate their operating status by LED. Motor control Connection of up to four motors or three motors and two relay switching outputs. The switching outputs can be used to control any electrical device up to max. 0.5 kw power consumption each. Max. eight freely programmable memory positions which will not be lost in the event of a power failure. Memory positions can be programmed in two different levels so that two different users can enter their individual data. Last position function Auto correction through virtual limit switches. It is possible to connect mechanical limit switches.
