Aftermaster Pro was developed by some of the biggest names in music and audio to greatly improve the quality of TV audio, without compromise. Our team has produced, engineered and mastered more hit music than any audio company in the world. We know what sounds right. Aftermaster Pro will make all your TV audio sound noticeably fuller, deeper, clearer and overall, much more enjoyable. For the first time, you ll actually hear everything that you were meant to hear by the people that created your favorite programs and music. Our Aftermaster process will also make your TV audio noticeably louder even though your volume level and power consumption doesn t change. This is possible because our patented and award winning process improves audio TV throughout its entire frequency range and allows you to hear a sound quality and a presence that you ve never heard before. Your Aftermaster Pro was designed to fix the problems commonly experienced with TV audio - difficulty hearing dialogue, poor audio quality and the need to constantly adjust the volume. Your Aftermaster Pro will raise and clarify TV dialogue while controlling the peak levels of special effects. Button Control 1 2 The Aftermaster Pro has two buttons for controlling port selection and audio processing. 1 POWER (1) Button one is used to select the desired HDMI Input Port and the ON/OFF State 2 AM (2) Button two turns the Aftermaster audio Processing ON and OFF. When ON, LED 4 will be illuminated. 6
Connecting Aftermaster Pro: Television 1) Connect the USB power supply to an available wall socket and then to the USB Power port of the Aftermaster Pro. 2) Connect the HDMI source device (s) to an HDMI input Port on the Aftermaster Pro. If you are using only one device for input, please use input 1. 3) Connect the HDMI output port of the Aftermaster Pro to your television with the supplied HDMI cable. DO NOT USE AN HDMI PORT LABELED ARC. 4) The first and fourth lights will illuminate. 5) Allow 1-2 minutes for your Aftermaster Pro to initialize. LIGHT 1 LIGHT 2 7

Connecting Aftermaster Pro: Dual HDMI Source Input 1) Connect the USB power supply to an available wall socket and then to the USB Power port of the Aftermaster Pro. 2) Connect the HDMI source devices to the HDMI input Ports on the Aftermaster Pro. 3) Connect the HDMI output port of the Aftermaster Pro to your television with the supplied cable. 4) To switch ports, between Port 1 and Port 2 press the power button, the red LED lights will indicate the selected port. 5) Allow 1-2 minutes for your Aftermaster Pro to initialize. Television With Add-On Audio System 1) Connect the USB power supply to an available wall socket and then to the USB Power port of the Aftermaster Pro. 2) Connect the HDMI source device(s) to one of the HDMI input Ports on the Aftermaster Pro. Your Aftermaster Pro will turn on automatically in approximately 1 minute. 3) Connect the HDMI output port of the Aftermaster Pro to your television with the supplied cable. Connect your Televisions audio output directly to your speaker system (amplifier, sound-bar etc.) via the included HDMI cable. 4) If your source device (cable, satellite box, etc.) is connected directly to your amplifier or speaker system before it connects to your TV, install your Aftermaster Pro system between the source device and your amplifier. Optical Systems Your Aftermaster Pro is designed to work with literally thousands of audio/video hardware combinations. In some circumstances, additional hardware may be required to install your Aftermaster Pro. If your audio system is optical only based, you may need to purchase an HDMI to optical audio converter to complete the installation. 11

Reference Terms Continued Cable Box: Any device that provides an audio and/or video signal that can be processed by Aftermaster Pro. This includes settop boxes for both cable and satellite programming suppliers, computers and streaming services such as Roku and Apple TV. USB Power: USB power input must be connected when using with an HDMI connection. HDMI IN 1: HDMI input port 1, connect an HDMI video source here (set-top cable or satellite box, gaming console, computer, etc.) HDMI IN 2: HDMI input port 2, connect an alternate HDMI video source here. HDMI OUT: HDMI Output, connect this to television or display with the supplied HDMI cable. 15
Troubleshooting The Aftermaster Pro Device is connected to my TV and Source Device correctly but there is no sound? > Go to the audio settings of the cable/satellite box or source device and set the Audio Output to PCM Stereo and make sure that DOLBY 5.1 and 7.1 are turned off. > Press the Aftermaster Pro power button 2 or 3 times until the number 1 and number 4 lights are on. The Aftermaster Pro device is connected to my TV and my Source Device correctly but there is no dialogue track? > Please check the audio settings on the HDMI source device to ensure any other audio enhancements. > Turn your Aftermaster Pro off and then on and make sure that number 1 and number 4 lights are on.. It is made out of aircraft grade extruded aluminum, and it is machined to the highest standards. It also has some of the most advanced electronic devices inside, so please avoid dropping or crushing the unit. Do not continue using the Aftermaster Pro if it comes in contact with liquid. Don t use an AM Pro if any damage is visible. Repairing: There are no user serviceable parts inside the AM Pro and it can only be replaced or repaired at an authorized service center or the factory. Never discard the unit in the trash. It can only be sent back to a dealer or the factory for repair or an authorized electronic recycling center for disposal. Hearing loss WARNING: Listening to sound at high volumes for extended periods may damage your hearing. Please adjust the volume before using any listening devices. Explosive surroundings: Plugging in, charging or using the Aftermaster Pro in an area which is a potentially explosive atmosphere could be hazardous. Obey all local signs, laws and instructions.
