When a soldier leaves When his wounds heal When his life ends Another one begins When a man is born When a cow gets a horn When a hero is created And a villain is destroyed M. Sairvarun 7 C So people, a day to remember Is as beautiful as a flower.

in my life Was cut off with a knife I had a delicious dream Which was full of chocolate cream I was swimming in the chocolaty lake And had a wonderful pineapple cake I slid through the ice-cream world In the yummy fields I rolled and curled K. Krishnaveni 7 D I tasted the colourful candy I have to tell you it was a bit sandy Oh God, I forgot I had work to send Sad this dream of fantasies had to end.

The day I became the world s most famous singer My dream to hold the mike on stage with my own fingers I never thought it would come true But I accomplished it with my crew The audience s cheer was refreshingly loud It was astonishing, how big the crowd Likitha Dudala 7 B My sweet voice reached their anxious ears It was enough to switch off their active gears I sang and sang about the magical lake But let me tell you, never did my voice break That ambitious day I can never to forget Because that day is when I achieved my long lost target.

The day I was born too excited was I to come to earth Everyone came home to see me numerous faces beaming, casual and free Saw profound happiness on my parent s face And those were the most memorable days Krtya Iyengar 7 C I got so many toys from my dad Which no other boy or girl had I always slept on my mom s lap And those were the best of naps I will never forget those days That always bought a smile to my face.

Are moments to be cherished Life is full of joy Which was once when I had loads of toys Is when a baby is born Who is as cute as a doll Is when a hero dies Since there are a lot of cries Tanay Khemka 7 D Is not to be forgotten in the coming years These are life s tik taks Don t feel bad because All these are just ads.

what a festival! full of colours what a day colours we enjoy with as colourful as a rainbow G. Siddharth 7 B you will get enough of it kill all the bad qualities the day you embrace happiness a day you will never forget.

Is not to be forgotten the next year It was the time when I came over my fear Without shedding a tear When I went into a deep slumber My mother had to pour water from a tumbler And I woke up to be humbler R. Shrivatsa Kaarthik 7 D Is when I got caught in a bunch of creepers I was like an army of Aurangazeb s troopers Wrestling out without a beeper Now that the poem has ended let me proudly say, I have been mended.

There was a blue sky, I thought it was totally mine. The sound of the waves was totally clear, I was happy to hear. Slowly I lay down on the ground, Without caring about my wrist band. My eyes steady shut, And I went into a deep sleep. After sometime, when I opened my eye I found myself under my blanket in my room. I was totally horrified. From that time, I never knew what was the mystery, Which I have never seen even in history. The beach was no more, But I still loved the beach to the core Srijan Garodia VIII B

Walking down the aisle alone I remembered to laugh out loud, It was that day when I used to laugh alone. But now I can only cry alone It was a day when everything was achievable It was a day of joy A day filled with fun That day has passed now Left with incredible memories Prachi Dokania VIII-C

That beautiful spring day, Long back in the morning of May, Not even possible to pay, For the good day. I stood in the morning light, To see the mighty sun bright With anticipation for the first snow fall, For me in the London mall. Maanasa Abhirami VIII-B My first touch of snow in my hand, Made forever the sun band, It was getting cold, Which taught me to be bold. A real day to remember, It was real fun together Never will I forget the day In the spring of May

First day of my school I felt like playing pool I went to my house And then thought of going to Rome. I went to play cricket, And my friend got my wicket, As I bowled the first ball, it went for a four And then I lost all hope. Prakhar Gupta VIII-C As I came home I started to write a poem As I went to Rome all alone Describing my day, I was alone. How boring a day could be all alone It was a day to remember It was a day to remember

The day I ran the race, I wanted the fastest pace. That day was life s test, That day, there was no thought of rest. It was a burning hot day, It was December but felt like may, I started to warm-up, as today, there was no luck. My name was announced, I had to go and pounce. The track looked like a battlefield, But I kept up my shield. Mrugesh Thakor 8-A The countdown began, three, two, one. I just wanted to say Yes,I have won! The first lap had ended and I was in the lead, But the runners at the back were increasing their speed. I kept up my pace As this was an important race. Before I knew it, my handwork had paid off, As the race I had won, was very very tough. I stayed calm, with the medal on my shoulder, I was proud and happy, just like a soldier This is the day I can never forget, Memories marked on my heart forever hit!
