Yu can update the player's firmware ver the netwrk and yu will have access t many ppular Apps like Netflix, Hulu Plus, and Amazn Instant. Yu will need: Netwrk Name (SSID) Netwrk Key (passwrd) Blu-ray remte cntrl If using a manual netwrk setup yu will need the IP/Subnet/Gateway and DNS values. Aut is the default setting. T setup yur player, fllw the steps belw. 1. Pwer n yur player. Using the up r dwn arrws n yur Blu-ray remte highlight yur preferred n screen menu language, and then press enter. 2. The Netwrk Settings appear. Yur Ultra HD Blu-ray player will search fr available netwrks in the area and display a list. Use the dwn arrws n yur Blu-ray remte t highlight yur netwrk name (SSID) and then press enter. 3. The n screen keybard appears, use the arrws n yur Blu-ray remte t enter yur netwrk key. Be sure t highlight Dne when yu are finished entering the netwrk key. Imprtant: If yu press the enter buttn n the Blu-ray remte the last letter highlighted will be entered instead and the netwrk test will fail. 4. The player cnnects t the netwrk and runs a netwrk test. When cmplete, Next is autmatically highlighted, press enter. If the netwrk test fails, cnfirm yu have selected the crrect netwrk and have entered the netwrk key crrectly. If the netwrk test takes abut 1 minute r lnger t cmplete this indicates the netwrk key was entered incrrectly If the netwrk test cntinues t fail pwer ff the player, the ruter, and the mdem. Then pwer the mdem back n and wait fr it t cnnect t the netwrk, then pwer n the ruter and wait fr it t cnnect t the mdem and it's nline indicatr is n. Finally, pwer n the UHD BD player and wait abut 30 secnds befre ging t Settings > Netwrk > Netwrk Status and running anther test. Yu can als g t Settings > Netwrk Settings > Discnnect > and then select IP settings t try cnnecting t the netwrk again. 5. The Smart Hub Terms and Cnditins appear.
