Mount Madonna High School Supply List 2018-19 Personal Computers : We do not require a portable computer, but note that it is helpful for students to have a lightweight chromebook, small laptop, or tablet with added keyboard that can be used at school. Students often write in class, and students who prefer to keyboard are encouraged to bring these devices. Classes sometimes utilize a computer lab and laptop cart with stations for each student, and in addition, most rooms have a few computers available. Students are expected to have access to a computer and the Internet at home. A special note regarding texts purchased for English class: Please acquire physical copies of the books. No digital copies. For most of the books, any complete edition will do. Books that require exact translations and pagination are noted with specific editions in parentheses. Please try to acquire at least the first three books for your grade before the school year begins. MMS has partnered with Booksmart in Morgan Hill, and Bookshop Santa Cruz to provide the books listed here. Bookshop Santa Cruz offers a 10% discount when you mention Mount Madonna School at checkout.
