Digital Display Client Package The Colorado Convention Center (CCC) offers its customers the ability to digitally display their meeting information and company logo for each meeting room which allows flexibility and convenience not offered with traditional printed signs. Our clients may display custom logos, meeting name, and meeting itinerary in each of the meeting rooms as a complimentary service. Room signs are located outside the entrance to each meeting room (100s 700s) and in front of each ballroom (Four Seasons and Mile High) entrance. A 75 digital display, located in the middle wall of the Four Seasons ballroom, is also utilized during events in the ballroom. Digital Room Signage File Specifications and Instructions Logo File Format Specifications Most image files can be converted to the proper format to be displayed on the room signs; however there is no guarantee in the quality of the conversion. In order to alleviate any potential problems, it is recommended to provide the logo in.png format. CCC can accept most image files but formats such as.jpg do not provide ability for transparency. The logo should be no larger than 1 MB and the height of your image will be adjusted depending on the size you select. Please ensure your image file is at 96 DPI (dots per inch) for best quality. The logo will appear under Your Event Description (see red arrow below): Deadline for Submission All requests for room signs and content data are due five business days prior to your event to ensure sign accuracy. You have three choices for logo display option. The digital monitors will automatically center your logo if the width is less than 1005 pixels. Please note that the height or the width can be less than the maxium. 1) Standard size (225x1005 maximum) 2) Half screen size (465x1005 maxmium) 3) Full screen size (928X1005 maximum) Sample pictures of Logo display option. Hit SUBMIT when finished to preview the room sign. After you click SUBMIT, the next menu will give you options to: Preview, Edit, New and Exit. Click preview to see what your room sign will look like. Click edit to edit your room sign. Click new to enter another room sign. Click exit when you are finished. Page 6 of 10
Alterative Room Sign Design (This method eliminates the need to manually input the event information data.) If our default template does not fit your company s style guide, we suggest the creation of a 1005 pixels (w) x 928 pixels (h) JPG or PNG file containing your event information. This JPG or PNG file can be scheduled to run on the room sign s bottom portion (examples below). When choosing this option, please do not fill out the MEETING INFO portion. It is only necessary to input the Start Date/Time and End Date/Time and upload the JPG or PNG file. The Start Time is the display time. So, if you would want the content to be displayed prior to the meeting time, insert the time that you want the content to be on the screen. PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR EVENT MANAGER WHEN YOU HAVE SUBMITTED ALL YOUR ROOM SIGNS SO THAT THE EVENT MANAGER CAN APPROVE YOUR SIGNS. After the room sign information has been submitted, you can edit your entries anytime. You can preview each sign and edit, if needed, by going to your event URL. Four Seasons Ballroom 75 Screen The Four Seasons Ballroom has a 75 inch display between Ballroom 2 and Ballroom 3 that can be utilized. You can display a JPG image (1280 x 720) on this screen on a day to day basis. We cannot schedule multiple pictures but can display your logo for the duration of your event. If you are interested in displaying your logo, please contact your CCC Event Manager. Page 9 of 10
FAQ Q: What happens if I do not enter any information for the signs? A: Only your event name will display on the top of the room signs. Q: I want my Event Name different than what is on the contract. Can I do this? A: Yes! Contact your CCC Event Manager with what you want displayed. Q: I want my Event Name to be different in each room. Can I do this? A: No, the Event Name comes from the contract and all room signs will display the same Event Name. Q: I have multiple displays for the same day, can I do this? A: Yes, you will need to fill out a separate entry per display and enter the Start/End times correctly. See below for an example of 2 displays. One being displayed from 8:00 am 10:00 am and second being displayed from 10:00 am 12:00pm. Q: We want multiple logos to cycle while the meeting is in session. Can we do this?
