Miscellaneous Notes We recommend turning on the front bank of lights in the room for better lighting in the recording. If another recording is scheduled to start, the first recording will automatically be stopped & saved. Incorrect resolution will cause flickering on the Capture HD screen, but the flickering is not recorded. If another recording starts, the Capture HD device will prioritize its resources to the recording and will pause the uploading; once the recording is done, it will continue to upload the first recording. You should allow at least 10 minutes in between scheduling recordings. In other words, if recordings are back to back, there should be a 10 minute buffer after a scheduled Capture STOP event and the next Capture START event. For example, if a Capture STOP is schedule for 3:45, the next Capture START event should not be scheduled before 3:55. If you use Safari to access your My Media in Blackboard, you must enable cookies. Alternatively, you can use another web browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Page 11 of 11
