IELTS Speaking Topic 1.6: Films/Movies Câu 1: Do you like films? Yes, I do, I like it a lot. I regard it as my best way of of relaxing myself after a whole day s work and study although it always kind of attracts me and ends up wasting my time with it. : regard st. as xem cái gì như là ends up rốt cuộc là, cuối cùng là Câu 2 : What kinds of films do you like best? I guess I have to go for romantic comedies. The main reason why I m a big fan of this type is that I really adore the happy endings of those movies. You know, I like movies that can make me laugh and even keep me smiling for the next few days. That s right, I m that crazy. Haha. Besides, I m also into some of the ones that keep me thinking all the way through too, A Beautiful Mind or The Fifth Element. And some classic old movies and American comedies are ok to me, too. Oh my god! I like everything. Một cấu trúc rất hay để trả lời cho câu hỏi what kinds đó là câu: I guess I have to go for Cấu trúc trả lời câu hỏi này hoàn toàn không có gì xa lạ với các bạn đúng không ạ. go for st. be a big fan of romantic comedies drama sci-fi (science fiction) horror chọn cái gì = like = adore = be into phim hài lãng mạn kịch phim khoa học viễn tưởng phim kinh dị G lobe English Speaking tổng hợp 0909.790.758 Page 1

detective phim trinh thám action adventure phim hành động phim phiêu lưu mạo hiểm documentary phim tài liệu Câu 3: How often do you watch films? Well, actually, I watch movies at home every day, 1 episode per day at least. I often choose a good series to follow, you know, sometime a romantic one, some are the latest or simply just something recommended by my friends. And if there is an interesting movie playing at the cinema, I ll go to see it with my friends sometimes, you know but just sometimes coz I don t have that much money if you know what I mean, the cinema tickets are very pricy to me. episode season series the latest movie tập phim phần phim bộ phim phim mới nhất pricy đắt đó Câu 4: Do you like watch films alone or with your friends? To be honest, I d rather watch films with my friends, you know, coz we can talk about it during or after the movie, whether we enjoyed it or not, whether it s mind-numbing or interesting and we always end up having such a good time together. Of course, still, there s some time when I m not in the mood, I don t wanna torture anyone but myself, if you know what I mean. mind-numbing be not in the mood chán (= boring) tâm trạng không vui, không có tâm trạng G lobe English Speaking tổng hợp 0909.790.758 Page 2

You know, If it a big action film with lots of explosions, I would see it at the cinema you know, because, there, you get to see the movie on a big screen with a better sound system which will make the movie more impressive, you know. But others, I prefer watching at home because you can watch at your leisure and it s so convenient to pause or go back a few scenes if you find it attention grabbing which you do not have any control whatsoever in the cinema. Plus, there s nothing better than kicking back on your comfy old couch in front of the box. better sound system impressive at your leisure pause or go back attention grabbing kick back comfy in front of the box hệ thống âm thanh tốt ấn tượng vào thời gian mình thích tạm dừng và tua lại hay, thú vị (= interesting) nằm dài thoải mái in front of TV Một số từ vựng khác về chủ để này các bạn có thể dùng cho câu trả lời riêng của mình.
