ANN ARBOR ASSOCIATION OF INSURANCE AGENTS PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE Fmm the Presdent oj A 1111 Arbor Cvr Theatre- The Ann Arbor Cvc Theatre has had numerous opportuntes ths bst year to justfy the "cvc" n ts name. One of the group's statecl purposes s to make avalable to our communty organzed dramatc talent for partcpaton n cvc events. Our members are all proud of our ncreasng actvty n ths area and of the varety of groups solctng our ael. Several members gave much of ther tme and effort to actng n a moton pcture produced for a health organzaton of our state. Here agan our group provded a source of traned and nterested members for a worthwhle cvc enterprse. Of course those partcpatng were able to broaden ther experences because of membershp n our group. Ann Arbor Cvc Theatre's parts n the Red Feather Rally and the Communty Chrstmas Sng were not extensve but agan llustrate our desre to help when requested wth worthwhle cvc projects. In the same manner, our members fnd themselves assstng other local groups n ther theatrcal actvtes by coachng, actng, or helpng wth make-up. Others have descrbed the actvtes of communty theatres to nterested school groups. l\iany hours have been gven to veterans' groups, partcularly the Veterans Readjustment Center and ts programs. Ann Arbor Cvc Theatre s not able to answer every group's entertanment or dramatc problem but has a sncere desre to fulfll ts cvc oblgatons. The producton of plays, such as you arc seeng tonght, has been our major effort. It s through your attendance and through the support of our advertsers that our members fnd the means to carry out our vared and cvc-mnded actvtes. JOHN S.
