Chris Gibbs has toured extensively as a stand-up comedian and improviser, written and performed five award-winning, one-man shows and was a regular guest on NBC s comedy series Howie Do It. one of the funniest guys around. TorQ Percussion Quartet Post Show Workshop Sun Oct 6, 2013 2 pm Exciting concert for the whole family! TorQ Percussion Quartet focuses on creativity, improvisation and audience participation. This eclectic and interactive show defies the conventional notions of music-making and encourages audience members to explore a world of sounds without limits. THE Ottawa Citizen 3:15 to 4:15 PM Children 6 to 10 years are invited to explore how music can be made anytime, anyplace and with anything. TorQ takes seemingly ordinary, everyday objects including kitchen utensils, wooden planks, old car parts, even the keys in their pockets and transforms them into an orchestra of musical instruments.
