Rehearsals Call time means to be in place and ready to work All weekday rehearsals 6:30pm 8:30pm Saturdays split rehearsals 9:00am 12:00pm 12:30pm 2:30pm longer Saturdays on Costume parade & Tech Dress Rehearsal awareness: Bring script, pencil, highlighter, water bottle, and snack Any changes will be announced in the weekly Production email

Rehearsals cont Sign-In Policy Parents/Guardians/Adults must sign in the child at the box office for every rehearsal Leave cell # where you can be reached that day/evening No curbside drop off Cast/Crew should stay on WAG property and in view of production leaders Pre-arrange pick-up transportation Arrive 5 minutes before end-time for prompt pickup Your child s safety is our primary concern

Important Rehearsal Dates Saturday 1/20 Costume Preview day Saturday 1/27 Costume Parade Mandatory rehearsals start Starting Tuesday 1/30 all rehearsals are mandatory Starting on 2/3, every Saturday rehearsal end time is extended to 4:30pm Starting 2/6, all weekday rehearsals end time is extended to 9:00pm

Production Registration Link to production registration site will be posted to the Facebook group, emailed, and sent via Remind soon! Registration includes Production Order items Accolade ads ($$) Show t-shirts, Crew Shirts, show posters, etc. ($$) The child s name on the registration will appear on the show t-shirt. Be sure it s correct! If you have two children in the show, only one registration is required Registration must be complete by Tuesday, January 9 th A separate email will be sent to request bio s for the playbill

Costumes Costumes primarily provided by actors Refer to the costume mistress guide and to her for ideas Evaluate character and how they might dress For specialized costumes review plan with costume WAG has in costume closet it can be used. If WAG will make will request material costs only Black jazz shoes are required Please let the Production Manager know if you need shoes

Costumes cont Costume Guidelines Costumes will be stored at WAG Always return to costumes to proper location / check them in Remove costumes carefully Actors should ask green room adults for assistance, if needed Only clear liquids and clean foods while in or around costumes Maintain controlled behavior while in costume to prevent damage Volunteers will help manage costumes

Make-up & Hair Hair will be actors responsibly and approved by Directors during costume preview and costume parade If assistance is needed with hair styling/prep, please let us know Apply foundation before arrival Eat before call time Go to make-up room at call time ONLY Stay in Green room until call time, or after make-up Please have a bag labeled with Actor s Name for combs, brushes, mascara or personal makeup items. Don t forget to wear and bring deodorant. Avoid sharing any personal items with fellow actors

Crew Stage Manager will set up a separate meeting for Crew Crew timelines for attending rehearsals will depend on set and props Crew expected to wear Black pants WAG Crew or black shirts Non-slip shoes (black preferred) Crew will attend on Mandatory rehearsals

Props Prop Donations Some minor prop items may be needed which will be requested through Production Manager communications Props Guidelines Only Crew should handle most props Actors only use props assigned to your role Handle props with care Use them only for what they are intended Put props back where they belong

Front of House Every child will get ONE comp ticket Ticket pricing Advanced: $11 Adult, $9 Child Regular: $12 Adult, $10 Child Ticket sales begin January 3 rd Last day for discounted Ticket Prices: February 14 th Online sales end @9:00am on the Friday of each production week Volunteers are needed for box office, usher, and lobby & theater clean-up Look for an online sign-up request to come via email

Concessions Large part of our fundraising proceeds $20 donation per Actor & Crew/Make-up member $50 Family maximum Volunteers are needed to work during performances Look for an online sign-up request to come via email

Star Board Small Fund raiser / Big morale booster Volunteers are welcome! Stars are $.50 until tech week Stars $1 During Tech & Shows

Green Room Green Room Training is now a mandatory requirement for a minimum of one family member per acting family. Green Room Guidelines for Actors Be respectful of cast-mates, volunteers, & yourself Be on time, prepared, and focused Maintain a positive and respectful attitude Treat others like you want to be treated Clean up after yourself Wear deodorant!!! Remember we are a family!
