By ScienceThinker This book is one of the greatest gifts for a child (and even grown ups who like illustrations). All illustrations extend to two pages and they are made with extreme care and attention to detail. The coloring is vivid and beautiful. It is a great disappointment if this book is available only as black and white in the ebook format (as another customer complains); in such a case, do not buy an ebook. However, even if a colored ebook is made available, I personally prefer the traditional printed book. It is larger in size than the screen of any tablet and the colors are always the same --- they do not depend on the screen or on the particular tablet used to read it. And although I am praising the illustrations so far, the text is also worth praising. It is as close as it could be to the original and authentic stories. The author appears to have close ties with American Indians and know their traditions and values.
