PAULA PETER PATTON I currently reside in Tell City, IN with my husband and I have two beautiful daughters, who reside here in Evansville with their families. I am blessed with four wonderful grandchildren, who I absolutely adore. They make moving to this area a guarantee in the near future. As my introduction, my name is Paula Patton, the new Property Manager of Regency Club Apartments. I come to you with 13+ years of expertise and experience in property management, with serving this past year at another Regency community here in Evansville. I have several years of expertise in customer service, which includes 10+ years in banking. I look forward to working with the amazing staff already established here and meeting our wonderful residents. If you haven t already done so, please stop by the office and introduce yourself. Mom-entous ideas FOR MOTHER S DAY Mother s Day is always celebrated the second Sunday of May. These gift ideas will make your mother feel extra special - and give you a chance to show her how much she means to you. Don t forget about our Mother s Day giveaway either, Details are found on the May calendar enclosed. Framed artwork from the kids. Lunch at her favorite restaurant. A video of kids and grandkids, describing what they like best about her. Buy her some lottery tickets. A windowsill garden - pots, soil, and seeds to plant for a year round treat. Indulge Mom with a day of pampering - a massage, manicure, the works! Wash her car, organize her files, or clean out her closets. Make a donation to your mother s favorite charity in her honor. Indoor Pool Party! April 16th starting @ 5PM THE INDOOR POOL IS OFFICIALLY OPEN! We will be hosting a pool party in celebration! This party will also be a social gathering for you to meet your new Property Manager and Leasing Consultants in the office. Please come out and enjoy a free movie, dinner, and raffle entry for prizes. We will be serving food @5 PM (hotdogs and hamburgers) and will be starting The Little Mermaid @ 6PM! The movie screen will be in the indoor pool, so feel free to bring your swim suits, play, and enjoy the movie at the same time! We will ALSO be showing JAWS after The Little Mermaid, for the older crowd. We would love to have as many people come out as possible and enjoy the food and movies. REGENCY FACTS (PG2) We have smoke free units on the property! This is a new addition to our property, and we are slowly allocating more units that are smoke free. If you would like to know if your hallway is (which it should have a note warning all residents in that hall if it is) feel free to call! The outdoor pool was painted right before winter of 2015 (painted and resurfaced). The indoor pool has undergone a lot of construction, including resurfacing, gap filling, painting, and structure support. We hope these adjustments show this summer and make the pools more enjoyable for our residents. The construction on the new townhomes are slotted to be finished in August! There are dog stations throughout the property, stocked with doggie bags. If you find that the bags are empty please let us know and we ll fill it back up! Please utilize the dog stations, and pick up after your animal. We pride our community on the cleanliness and will be enforcing animal rules this year as a goal. REGENCY CLUB APARTMENTS PAGE # 11
