A la Carte Options (32 weeks) (Most of our classes may be taken separately from any curriculum track) A la Carte Classes $425.00 each Musicianship: Eurhtyhimcs, Musicianship, Music Theory, Music History, Jazz/Contemporary Theory. Ensemble: Intrada Chamber Orchestra, Suzuki Group, Piano Ensemble, Guitar Ensemble, Jazz Improv/Combos. Technology: Audio Production, Music Technology.

MUSIC TECHNOLOGY (32 weeks) Note: This option does not include one-on-one study. In addition to standard musical concepts, students spend time in our computer labs and recording studios, learning about innovative technology and software used in music production, performance, film scoring & sound effects, and multi-media. Music Technology Program $1,580.00 Program includes: a weekly group lesson, audio engineering classes with weekly recording sessions, music theory, and formal music technology showcases. LESSONS PLUS ONE (32 weeks) Note: This option does not stack with a secondary study. Designed for advanced traditional students, grades 9-12, capable of testing-out of Musicianship III. Program includes a weekly private lesson, performance class, and one elective class: Primary Instrument 45 minutes $2,250.00 60 minutes $2,830.00 Choose one elective from the following list: Audio Production, Contemporary/Jazz Theory, Guitar Ensemble, Harmony, Jazz Combos & Improvisation, Music History, Music Theory. *Advanced students may select electives from the list above for an additional $100.00 each.

BEGINNING PIANO PROGRAM (32 weeks) (This option is available to anyone interested in studying the piano regardless of age or experience) Program Cost $800.00 Elementary: A great way to introduce younger students to the piano, and to music in general. Program includes a weekly group piano lesson (eight students max) and a weekly eurhythmics or musicianship class. This class is for beginners ages 5-12 years old. Intermediate: This option provides teenage students that study another instrument with an opportunity to become familiar with the piano as well. Students with no musical experience are also welcome to participate. Program includes a weekly group piano lesson (eight students max) and a weekly musicianship class. This class is for beginners ages 13-19 years old. Adults: Open to anyone looking for an introduction to the piano and music in general. Program includes a weekly group piano lesson (eight students max) and a weekly music appreciation class. This class is for beginners ages 20 and up. Seniors receive a 10% discount. ENSEMBLE OPPORTUNITIES (32 weeks) (Additional membership fees apply.) City Music Center has a close partnership with Three Rivers Young People s Orchestra (TRYPO) and the Pittsburgh Youth Chamber Connection (YC2). Students interested in participating in these ensembles can request an audition.
