Time Commitment In order to be a volunteer cast performer, you ll need to be sure you are able to commit to the key dates from the outset. Attending all rehearsals and of course the live shows is a must, so please read over the dates carefully when considering your involvement. The success of the show relies on full attendance at all rehearsals. Schedules can be found at the end of this document. Cast members will be responsible for making their own way to rehearsals. No financial compensation will be provided by the Festival for this. More about the Show This is not your typical orchestra. It s spectacular, hugely inventive, whacky, at times unexpectedly moving and unlike anything you ll have experienced before. Instruments are made from hose pipes, bottles, oil drums, saws, and a myriad of specially designed props. It s a highly percussive, performance of immense theatrical charm. It s humorous and a show for everyone. The creative team and the core LFO Orchestra will be arriving from the UK in time to rehearse with the local performers.
