A Letter from the Directors It has been such a pleasure to watch our performing arts program grow over the last 3 years. The enthusiasm from our students is contagious, and we are thrilled that we have so many students wanting to audition. We are most likely going to need to make some cuts from Beauty and the Beast Jr., but the good news is that we do have another production of Aladdin Kids, so there will be a place for everyone! In this packet you will find all the initial information you need regarding auditions, rehearsals, and performances for Beauty and the Beast Jr. As you come to audition remember, putting on a play is a team sport! When everyone is cast in a good role for them, performing their best and working together it not only becomes a piece of art but, it s a lot of FUN! Rehearsals are where we create the magic. So, we are looking for all of your help and hard work to make this show the roaring success that we know it will be. As you all know, we are only taking a maximum of 30 students for this production. If you don t make it into the show, Seattle s Performers we have Aladdin Kids on Saturdays 09/16-12/09 from 9:30-12:30pm. We also offer many camps and classes to help students improve their acting, singing, and dancing skills! We look forward to seeing you at auditions! Sandy Sonko, Danny Kam, Hadley Kronk and Ali Vice Directors
