The CARICD invites sealed quotations from reputed, financially sound and experienced firms for Purchase o f Computed Radiography (CR) System. 2. General information about the tender:- a) Tender Reference No. F.No.4-47/ 2017-CARICD/Admn b) Last date and time for receipt o f Tenders 26/06/2018 upto 2.00 PM c) Time and date of opening of Technical Bid 26/06/2018 at 2.30 PM d) Place of opening of Tenders Conference Hall, Ground Floor, CARICD, Road No.66, Punjabi Bagh (West), New Delhi-110026 3. The Tender shall be submitted in two bid system, Technical Bid and Financial Bid:- i. Technical bid (as per Annexure-I) consisting of all technical details; and ii. Financial bid (as per Annexure-II) Technical Bid and the Financial Bid should be sealed by the bidder in separate covers, each to be superscribed as such, and both these sealed covers are to be put in a bigger cover which should also be sealed and duly superscribed Purchase o f Computed Radiography (CR) System. The sealed Tenders may be handed over personally in the room of P.S. to Director on the ground floor and obtain receiving for the same or sent by post at the aforesaid address by the due date and time. Tenders received late will be rejected outright. 4. The tenders shall be subject to the following conditions:- i. The rates should be firm for a period of six months from the date of opening of tender and should be given in the enclosed format as per Annexure II (Financial Bid). ii. Each bidder should submit an EMD of '10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) along with the Technical bid as given Annexure-I. EMD should be in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of ACRI, New Delhi. The E.M.D. will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders after the bids are finalized. C2

The Technical Bid must contain information/documents prescribed in this tender notice at Annexure-I and each document should be signed by the authorized signatory of the bidding firm/agency. vi. The bidder must furnish list of clients in Govt./Semi Govt. Sectors with address, name of contact person and contact numbers of the organization where they have supplied such equipment. v. The bidder should furnish an Undertaking that they not have been blacklisted by any Govt./Semi Govt. / Statutory Body. vi. The bidding firm must have dealership certificate, GST No. and PAN number (copies of the Certificates/Card should be enclosed as a proof), if the same is applicable to them. vii. The bidder shall quote the rate for said equipment (in Indian Rupees) in the Proforma for Financial Bid attached with this tender notice at Annexure-II. viii. The specification of said equipment may be seen at Annexure-UI. A copy of Annexure- III is required to be signed by the Authorized signatory and enclosed along with other documents of the Technical Bid is confirmation of the fact that the equipment offered conforms to the required specification. ix. The firm should not handover execution of order to any other/sister firm(s) and in such a case it will amount to violation of contract and may entail cancelation of contract and forfeiture of E.M.D. x. The tenders will be opened on stipulated date and time in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may like to be present. xi. If any tenderer withdraws his tender before the expiry of the period fixed for keeping the rates firm for acceptance, the earnest money, if any, deposited will be forfeited and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained thereafter. xii. In case where a successful tenderer, does not supply the item in full or in time the Institute may at its discretion purchase the item from the next higher tenderer and the loss, if any, caused to the Institute due to increased rates shall be borne by the defaulting tenderer. xiii. Director, CARICD, has every right to reject/accept any bid without assigning any reasons. xiv. In the case of the firm selected for supply of CR System, the EMD will be adjusted partly against the Performance Guarantee which will be between 5% to 10% of the cost of the equipment, xv. Firms which had submitted a quotation in response to Institute s tender dated 17.04.2018 for Computed Radiography system and intend to submit a quotation in response to this Tender Notice also, need not furnish EMD again as the one submitted by them earlier is sufficient, xvi. 5 Annexure-III Specification of Computed Radiography (CR) System SPECIFICATIONS OF EQUIPMENT FOR THE EQUIPMENT MENTIONED IN SCHEDULE OF REQUIREMENT: a) image recording system (cassettes & reading plates] b) Image reading system (reader/digitizer) c) Identification & CR processing workstation. d) Dry imager. 1. Image recording system system (cassettes & imaging plates). The following sizes of radiography cassettes along with image plates should be supported by the unit. h. 35 cm X 43 cm or 14" X 17'' : 2nos b. 24 cm X 30 cm/or 10" X 12" : 2nos 2. Image reader (CR reader/ digitizer)») The CR reader / digitizer should be able to process 60 image plates/hr or more of the largest size cassette b] It should have a resolution of 5 pixels/mm (minimum) for standard resolution cassettes & 10 pixel /mm (minimum) for high resolution cassette reading. c) Gray scale resolution: CR reader / digitizer should have a minimum resolution of 12bits/pixel for images sent to CR processing station. 3. Identification Station & processing serve a) The processing station must have 2GB RAM, at least one 500 Gfi HDD in RAID configuration and 17 inch or more clinicat'grade monitor. The PC hardware and monitors musf be from reputed brands like DELL, HP, and BARCO or equivalent. The monitor should have a wide viewing angle and it should be with atleast 1.3 MP resolution. b) Processing server capable of identification of patient demographics to the acquire image will bo preferred, else a separate identification station must be provided. c) The server and/or ID station must be DMWt (DiCOM modality work list) compliant to access patient and study data from HIS or Rts. d) It should provide display of acquire images with greater details of demographics vi2. patient/ study listing for easy access e) The server must proved full aoiounl of post processing features viz. geometric correction, window level algorithms, annotation like markers, predefined text, drawing lines and geometrical shapes, jmulti-scale image processing, measuring distance and angles, shuttering, histograms, zoom, grey scale reversal, edge enhancement, noise reduction, indication of gray scale saturation level, iaytucje reduction etc, 0 It should facilitate full fledged DICOM printing and should be able to print multiple formats of patient study, g) Should be able to send DICOM image to DICOM workstation or PACS without loss ol information h) Should be equipped with DICOM CD writer for transferring image ij Should be able to store image on external device viz. CD or pen drive etc. j) The system should face a facility to indicate over/under exposure in the preview screen. Kindly specify the preview time.

The system m ust have 2 online film sizes and should be capable of printing any o f the 8 " x l0 ", 1 0 "xl2 ", H " x l4 " o r 14J,x 17 " film s. It must be user configurable. g) The im ager should support daylight loading of film s. 5. Suitable UPS back up m ust be provided for 30 m inutes backup fo r the whole system. 6. The firm should attach detailed installation list alongw lth users com plete address and teleph one num ber. 7.
