Dear Villa Cresta Families, We have had such a great first month of school! It is amazing to me that we will be at our midway point of the first quarter this week. Our youngest students have learned the daily routines of their classrooms and our older students are serving as wonderful role models. We are very proud of the great things we see our children doing every day and the effort they put into doing their very best! Your encouragement and support promotes your child s effort, perseverance, and success. Thank you for all you do to support our programs! Please be sure to use the tools available to all parents through BCPS One for accessing gradebooks, curriculum, content, and resources. Please contact your child s teacher if you need assistance in creating your BCPS One account. Sincerely, Mr. Connelly Principal https://bcpsone.bcps.org/ Why sign up with BCPS One?? 5 th Grade Band and Orchestra Parents: The next page is the lesson schedule for the month of October. Let s help our young musicians by ensuring they are properly prepared on the day of their lesson. Items each student must bring to his/her lesson include the instrument (including all accessories that belong in the instrument case), method book, music folder, and pencil. Not being completely prepared for each lesson could result in a grade reduction for that lesson. Thank you so much for your continued support of instrumental music.
