Here are some of the more popular choices that music ministries have used over the years. Each time I do an event I am always surprised with some of the ideas worship leaders have come up with in converting Beatle songs to gospel/worship music. I find historically that because musicians and vocalists have their favorite Beatle songs that it is better to let the worship team select the songs that they know and want to sing. Also with the lyric changes I find it best to let the worship leader do the changes and that way it always stays within the confines of the teachings at the church. Typically, it is a matter of changing genders, tenses, girl to Lord etc. It is amazing that by altering a couple of words how these songs lend themselves to worship. The congregations love it because the songs are so much fun to sing along with. *Help!
