Arlington Ridge Community Newsletter & Status Report August 2017 Overview Hello Residents of Arlington Ridge! We would like to first welcome you into the OpticalTel family of communities! Earlier this year, we acquired the assets of your prior service provider and have taken over for your community. Since then, our team has been diligently working with your community s development team to deliver a state of the art Fiber to the Unit infrastructure, capable of providing the level of services you deserve. This newsletter is intended to cover the many exciting advances made in 2017 for Arlington Ridge, provide a status update on OpticalTel s current construction & deployment progress, and also inform residents of the processes governing these events. We will continue to release similar updates as we push forward to completion of this project, and as new milestones are approaching for the residents and community as a whole. Community Updates New Owner Installations: Currently, OpticalTel is in sync with your community development team. New owner closings to date, and moving forward, will be active with your community s bulk services upon occupancy. Additionally, all future construction details have been communicated by the community development team and physical addresses are now integrated to our back office. Current Resident Installations (cutover to new system): Construction to deliver bulk services over the new fiber optic system to the existing homes within your community has been ongoing & concurrent with the above new construction. Due to these installations requiring a live cutover to ensure seamless transition, coupled with early homes lacking low voltage cabling (also known as Ethernet or CAT6), the planning and deployment has been much more careful and strategic. Our Field Operations Team is projecting that new installs will begin between now, and end of August. The schedule of installations will be forthcoming; however, residents can expect to receive phone calls from our deployment scheduling team 3 to 7 days prior to their slated installation. Owner or Tenant Contact Information: In an effort to ensure efficiency and swift delivery of the above cutovers, we encourage residents (or tenants occupying) to contact OpticalTel if they are unsure whether we have contact information on their account. This can be done one of two ways: E-mail our Support Team at Support@OpticalTel.com with their Name, Home Address, Billing Address, and all pertinent phone numbers and email addresses.
