Current projects include writing DANGEROUS DAUGHTERS a musical about the Pankhurst daughters which was performed at the Bridewell Theatre in September 2017 and adapting THE TIME MACHINE (both with music by Annemarie for a London production; and writing FIGHT LIKE A GIRL (with music by James Atherton) for production by YMTUK in 2018. He is also rewriting NHS THE MUSICAL for production in 2018 and working on a play entitled MUGABE AND ME with Theatre Royal Plymouth for workshop in November 2017. He is currently also working with the singer and composer Seth Lakeman on a major project for the Theatre Royal Plymouth about the Pilgrim Fathers and their coming to the New World, for production in both UK and USA in 2020 (celebrating 400 years since the Pilgrim Fathers departure from England). He has also recently written his first novel, THE PIANO MAKER and he has published three collections of poetry: In Magnet Air (Phoenix Press); Histories (Priapus Press) and Flying Pigs (Enitharmon). Nick has been involved with several major community projects including: leading the Onside project which examined the relationship between sport and the arts and involved a dozen secondary schools and thousands of young people from across Devon; writing and directing MATTHEW MILLER and THE DAY WE PLAYED BRAZIL both Page 1 of 6

major community plays for The Northcott Theatre Exeter; and writing and directing UNION STREET another large-scale community project for the Theatre Royal Plymouth.
