PNC ARENA FAN INFORMATION BUILDING INFORMATION ATM ATMs are located at Sections 111 and 127 on the Main Concourse and Section 334 of the upper concourse and in the South Box Office Lobby. CONCESSIONS Twenty (20) Concession stands are located throughout the arena. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted at all Concession Areas. No outside items may be brought into PNC Arena (including, but not limited to: gift bags, food and/or beverage of any kind). ELEVATORS Elevators are strictly designated as preferred use for our VIP/Suite guests and our guests with disabilities during all events held in PNC Arena. Public elevators are located to the left of the box office adjacent to Section 128 in the VIP Entrance area and adjacent to Section 111 on the outside wall of the arena. Elevators are strictly designated as preferred use for guests with disabilities during all events held at PNC Arena. FIRST AID For First Aid assistance, please visit the Rex Healthcare office located at Section 111 on the Main Concourse. GUEST SERVICES/INFORMATION A designated Guest Services location for questions, comments and assistance can be found on the Main Concourse across from Section 127. Guest Services dispenses assistive listening devices and require a North Carolina identification card, credit card or deposit for use. LOST AND FOUND POLICY Lost and found items should be turned into the nearest available PNC Arena event staff member. To claim lost items, patrons should visit the Guest Services area on the Main Concourse by Section 127. Inquiries about lost items can also be made by calling (919) 861-2300 x2102 the following business day. Messages left at this extension will be returned by a member of the PNC Arena Security Department. NOVELTIES NC State merchandise can be purchased on the Main Concourse at any of The Eye store locations. The stores are located behind sections 104 (West), 119 (East), and 125 (South). RESTROOMS Restrooms are located throughout the concourse of PNC Arena. Family restrooms are located adjacent to Sections 111, 128, and 333 and also on the Club Level at Sections 215 and 229. ENTRANCES ARENA CLUB RESTAURANT ACCESS For ACC and select home games Wolfpack Club Lifetime Right Seat Holders may access the Arena Club Restaurant up to two (2) hours prior to tip off. Those individuals entering prior to the gates opening should enter via the South VIP Entrance. Reservations are strongly encouraged and if available will be opened to the general public 48 hours prior to game day. Call 919-861-6100 for reservations or reservations@thepncarena.com. 2 4

CHANCELLOR S GUEST ENTRY All chancellor s guests should enter the South Lobby of PNC Arena to receive tickets at the designated window, which will open 90 minutes before an event. Guests will be able to access the hospitality areas by using the elevators located in the South Lobby. GENERAL PUBLIC All doors to PNC Arena open 60 minutes prior to tip-off for non-conference games and 90 minutes prior to tip-off for conference games. Fans can enter PNC Arena at the South Lobby, East Lobby or West Lobby; each of these entrances has access to all arena levels. For convenience, those fans with club level seats should enter through the South Lobby. LEDGE LOUNGE ACCESS The Ledge Lounge will be open for all games 2 hours prior to tip off. Those individuals entering prior to the gates opening should enter via the South VIP Entrance. MEDIA ENTRY All media should enter the South Box Office Lobby of PNC Arena and receive credentials from the designated media window, which will open 90 minutes before an event. Media can access the pressroom areas and floor seating by using the elevators located in the South VIP Lobby. NC STATE STUDENTS ENTRY Students can enter through the East Entrance Student Gate with a game ticket and valid NC State Student ID. Students with a Phase 1 ticket will have a protected 30-minute reservation window starting 2 hours before tip-off. PNC Arena staff will begin lining up ONLY students with a Phase 1 ticket at this time. Students with a Phase 2 ticket will be instructed to line up behind Phase 1 ticket holders after the Phase 1 30-minute reservation window has been exhausted. No student may arrive prior to 2.5 hours before any NC State home contest to line up for seating. Violators will be asked to leave the property and future ticket privileges may be affected. For more information about the Student Ticketing Process and Policy, please visit www.gopack.com/students. RE-ENTRY There are no re-entry privileges except to those using designated smoking areas. See smoking policy on Page 9. 3 5

PARKING INFORMATION Parking gates open 2.5 hours before game time and are easily accessible from Edwards Mill Road, Trinity Road, and Blue Ridge Road. There are 3,800 spaces adjacent to the arena in paved lots. General parking is located at Carter-Finley Stadium. Parking passes can be purchased with season tickets via the NC State Ticket Office. Students may enter Gates A, B, or F to access parking lots on game day. For any parking information call PNC Arena at (919) 861-6164. Illegal parking on roadways, medians, grass malls, and traffic lanes is prohibited. All guests must follow the directions of our parking and traffic agents. Violators may be ticketed by local police and/or towed at the owner s expense. Tailgating is permitted; however, cars must occupy only one parking space. Grills are not permitted on sidewalks, near buildings with or without canopies or in any area where guests or property may be damaged. The igniting of fires for any purpose whatsoever is prohibited on PNC Arena property except when allowed in grills provided by guests. Ball playing in the parking lots and roadways is a safety hazard and is not permitted. Defacement of the facility of any kind is prohibited. Damage, defacement, removal, or destruction of the surface of the facility or its structures, appurtenances, recreational facilities, or property is prohibited. In addition, no person shall cut, mutilate, or remove any part of the landscaping including trees, shrubs, flowers, plants, topsoil or sod unless authorized by management. ACCESSIBLE PARKING Guests that have reserved handicap parking passes may access those parking spaces in the specific lot. Fans that do not have an NC State issued handicap parking pass may park in a satellite lot and use the provided shuttle service. CAR TROUBLE PNC Arena parking staff will provide or can obtain assistance for guests who have either locked their keys in their car or may need a jump-start. Guests need to contact any event service staff to request assistance. STUDENT PARKING Student ID s and tickets act as a parking pass for Basketball games at PNC Arena. Students may enter Gates A, B or F to access the parking lots. RED TERROR STUDENT TRANSIT Service to PNC Arena begins 2 hours prior to tip off (approx. every 30 minutes) and continues back and forth to campus UNTIL 1 hour after the game starts. Service resumes after the game ends and runs for 90 minutes. Campus stops are: D.H. Hill Library and Carmichael Gym. Be sure and check www.gopack.com/ students for schedule information as it relates to service during breaks and holidays. 4 6

GAME DAY POLICIES CAMERAS The use of audio, video or digital recording devices is prohibited except for accredited members of the media. Point-and-shoot and cameras with detachable lenses are allowed, based on the following parameters: Detachable lenses must be less than five (5) inches long and less than three and a half inches (3.5) in diameter. The camera body cannot exceed three (3) inches in depth/length. The overall camera and detachable lens combination cannot exceed eight (8) inches in overall length. All other attachments are prohibited including wide angle lenses, lights, microphones, electrical connections, tripods, handles, oversized bags and stands. Moreover, be aware that certain camera features such as shutters and winding gear motors are noisy and may be a disturbance, thus we ask that you curtail use if advised. EMERGENCY INFORMATION If a situation arises which requires evacuation of PNC Arena, we request your cooperation and assistance to exit the arena in an orderly manner. Once an evacuation announcement has been given, please proceed to the nearest stairway or exit. Once outside the arena, please follow the directions of the event staff and do not attempt to re-enter the building. Please listen to Mix 101.5 for further game information. GAME DAY PROGRAMS Game day programs for men s basketball games are available while supplies last at all of the major entrances of PNC Arena, free of charge. If you or your organization is interested in distributing programs, contact Wolfpack Sports Properties at (919) 831-9653 x3529. GUEST CONDUCT Proper behavior is expected from all guests on PNC Arena property. Foul language, abusive/rowdy behavior, and/or physical confrontation will not be tolerated and are cause for ejection and/or arrest. Guests are encouraged to cheer as they like provided they comply with the above and do not use obscene language or gestures of any kind. In addition, guests cannot obstruct another s view of the event or cause harm to another patron. Please notify the nearest usher or arena employee immediately if actions of this type or other offenses occur near you. Entering the court, floor or restricted areas of the building is strictly prohibited and will result in ejection and/ or arrest. Loitering, soliciting, dissemination of product and information are prohibited on the property, including the immediate vicinity. Other Announcements: There is a $500 charge for all other announcements (anniversary, marriage proposals, etc.) PROHIBITED ITEMS The following may not be brought through the gates of PNC Arena: Backpacks & oversized bags Bottles, cans, coolers & liquid containers Food & beverage (including alcohol) Illegal Substances Fireworks & other projectiles Recording devices & video equipment Weapons of any type (including pocketknives & firearms) Large chains & studded bracelets Laser pointers, aerosol cans Noise-making devices (i.e. horns, whistles, air horns, cymbals, bugles, etc.) Large banners, sticks & stickers, signs over 3 x 2 Pets (except service dogs) Two-wheeled motorized devices Other items as required by Game Management Personnel Thunder sticks The following items are allowed under the Electronic Item Access and Conditional Usage Policy: Cell phones ipads ipods Game Boys Tablets Laptops ereaders Handheld video game devices Guests entering PNC Arena with such devices agree to do so only on Condition that they will not interfere with the event enjoyment of other guests, they will not connect to our wireless network, will not block the view of other guests and they will not impede other guests from entering and exiting the seating area. Devices may not be held above face level; may not be used to video or audio record the event, nor interfere or violate the rights and privacy of others. 8 10

Electronic devices are being allowed solely for personal entertainment or to conduct business by the holder of the device, and not for the purpose of enhancing the event for other guests. The sound and light from the device must be kept at a minimum and turned off during the National Anthem, periods of darkness or other appropriate times and circumstances. Guests who are allowed to bring in electronic devices do so at their own risk and accept personal responsibility for its safeguard and injuries that could occur as a result of this device. User/Owner acknowledges that such devices can be accidentally or otherwise damaged. PNC Arena and NC State University will not be held liable and will not pay for the replacement, repair and other costs associated with any damage or loss of such devices. PNC Arena does not offer a wireless network or charging stations at this time. Violation of this Access and Conditional Usage Policy subjects the user/owner to ejection and the possibility of being trespassed from the venue. Additional rules and regulations may be posted on PNC Arena Property, on our website or may be communicated to our guests through our staff. Re-entry is NOT permitted NO audio & video recording NO children on shoulders All guests entering this facility are subject to search as permissible by law. Refusal to consent to such search is grounds to prohibit admission to PNC Arena. SIGNS/BANNERS Signs, without poles, are permitted during NC State Men s Basketball games in PNC Arena, however the signs must fall within these specific guidelines: The sign/banner does not impair the view of any guest in the building or block any existing signage or vent. Size of the sign must be appropriate type and size to enter into the arena and seating. Max size: 3 x 2. Information contained on the sign/banner cannot be construed as vulgar, offensive, graphic, or outside what the community standard would consider in good taste. Signs/Banner are not permitted to be hung anywhere inside the arena. Be prepared to return an unauthorized sign/banner to your vehicle. SMOKING POLICY PNC Arena is a Smoke & Tobacco Free Facility (Including Electronic Cigarettes). Patrons wishing to smoke will be able to access the following outdoor areas: Main Level East Section 115, West Section 108. There are signs posted throughout the building directing patrons to designated smoking areas. SPONSORSHIPS All game day sponsorships and promotions are coordinated through Wolfpack Sports Properties. THROWING ITEMS For the safety of all, patrons must refrain from throwing any object in the stands or onto the playing surface. Seating locations in PNC Arena are reserved for guests holding valid admission tickets. Aisles should be kept clear at all times. Emergency situations require that stairways be kept clear. Sitting or standing in the aisles or walkways is prohibited. ACCESSIBLE SEATING It is because of the ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA), and the Revised ADA TITLE II and TITLE III Regulations (part 2), that changes are being made in ticketing. These laws protect persons with disabilities, and we continue to make every effort to comply with state and federal accessibility regulations and make reasonable accommodations for our guests. TICKET OFFICE & WILL CALL An increased State of North Carolina ticket tax and a new Wake County ticket tax required for 2014-15 have raised the taxes on NC State Athletic tickets from a total of 3% to 6.75% on all purchases. For clarity, NC State Athletics ticket prices now reflect the base cost of the ticket (goes directly to NC State Athletics) as well as the State (4.75%) and Wake County (2%) taxes. The NC State Ticket Office is located at the Palisades I office building on Trinity Road. The physical address is 5400 Trinity Road Suite 407; Raleigh, NC 27607. The ticket office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Tickets can be purchased online 24 hours a day at gopack.com or by calling 919-865-1510 during normal business hours (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted.) During a basketball game at the PNC Arena, NC State operates a ticket office in the South Lobby of PNC Arena. The ticket office (including will call) will open 90 minutes prior to tipoff for conference games and 60 minutes prior for non-conference games. Valid ID is required for all tickets at will call. The ticket office (including will call) will close at halftime. If available, tickets can be purchased at PNC Arena. General Public Will Call is located in the South Box Office Lobby. Media Will Call is located in the South Box Office Lobby. Player Guest Will Call is located in the South VIP Ticket Lobby adjacent to the Main Ticket Lobby. TICKET SCANNING Digital ticketing technology provides increased convenience and security for all ticket holders through the use of barcodes on every ticket. Tickets will be scanned upon entry into PNC Arena. Digital ticketing provides the following benefits for season ticket holders and single-game ticket holders: Option to print-at-home tickets received directly to your email (not required). Increased security by reducing the number of counterfeit tickets. Opportunity to transfer tickets electronically from a season ticket package to a fellow NC State fan or family member. TICKET RULES All persons must have a ticket to enter. Any child 2 or under will not require a ticket. All sales are final. Tickets cannot be refunded or replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Tickets may be re-sold on the sidewalk in the designated resell zone between Carter-Finley Stadium and PNC Arena only. Exit/Re-entry into the arena is not permitted except for smoking breaks located in the designated areas opposite Sections 108 and 115 on the main concourse. 11 13
