If I think of my life as a book, I ve turned over 53 pages each one filled with remarkable family and friends, wonderful places and experiences. I never imagined I would turn a page that would present LAM into my world, a daunting new chapter and frankly I hadn t written that in the prologue. But this challenge has been extraordinary, not simply because we learn so much through all of our personal adversities, but more because it illuminates the tremendous love around us. All of you are etched into the pages in my book, and words cannot express the gratitude I feel for your support, confidence and most of all the laughter we have shared.
