4 LIBRARY & CITIZEN SERVICE 1k+ There are thousands of visitors every day in the library 5 Aarhus Library and Citizen Service DOKK1 chose Rosendahl solutions to communicate their messages to the visitors in DOKK1 T here are thousands of visitors every day in the library. DOKK1 is not just a library, it is a history of our culture and creativity, a monument to show the world, what modern Danish design is. On Aarhus dock, you will see a very beautiful and modern building. A building made to mark the cultural side of Aarhus. It is Aarhus big new public library and public service, DOKK1. There are options to park your car in an automatic parking house. On the library, held public events, such as events for children and many lectures. You are guided to the parking house and the message about the different events, are communicated to the visitors. DOKK1 has in under a year already had over 1.000.000 visitors, around 3.600 visitors a day. To communicate their message, DOKK1 uses Rosendahl solutions. We are very proud to have been allowed, to be part of such a big project, where 65 information monitors are installed to inform all the visitors about all the events, lectures and other informations. In the parking house, the outdoor digital signage helps people find the parking spot. Our solutions communicates the message in eye sight. People do not only visit the library to take part in events or lectures, but also to study or relax in the many luxury facilities that are available. There are around 25 events every week, that is free for the visitors of DOKK1. Rosendahl is very proud to have been part of this project. It is a huge task, which has been simplified by using Rosendahl Outdoor interactive solutions to give a better flow. In Germany at Ferrero Chocolate, they weigh over 600 trucks daily, that drives to and away with chocolate. That is many tons of chocolate, and weighing all the trucks are necessary when they enter and leave the company. To obtain a better flow and make the weighing process automatic, Ferrero have installed an Outdoor kiosk, which the driver can use for self-service weighing. He can weigh his truck when he arrives, and leaves again. Besides weighing trucks, the self-service kiosk also works as a gate control solution. To enter the company it requires the driver to have a RFID tag or they must enter a 4-digit code into a numerical keyboard. Afterwards the driver can enter. Besides delivering an Outdoor digital gate solution to Ferrero, they are also using indoor digital solutions for administrating the employees holiday booking.
8 thansen 9 thansen installed one kiosk per location to introduce Click & Collect for their customers. O ne rarely loves to enter a queue. Neither at thansen, therefore they in cooperation with us, decided to find a solution that can handle queues and at the same time enable customers to pick-up their online orders in the store. We installed interactive kiosks that prints a queue number and enables customers to enter an online order number to pickup their packages directly. Afterwards the package is delivered by the first available employee. For this project Thansen have used our FlexiMidi with a 19 projected capacitive touch screen, 80mm printer and QR scanner. 10 11 Hugo Boss Metzingen Outlet This is a project where Rosendahl Conceptkiosk worked closely together with the end-customer about the design. At first the project was with outdoor digital signage which should have been mounted on the walls. To ensure that the final look of the building was improved, Rosendahl Conceptkiosk suggested that the kiosks was build into the facade. The finished product was superb. Copenhagen Zoo Alongside with a valued partner, we delivered outdoor payment kiosks for Copenhagen Zoo. Copenhagen Zoo needed to optimize the time spend on buying tickets. The kiosk is meeting the requirements from NETS (payment provider) about unattended payments. Similar systems have been delivered all over the world.
12 NORDISK FILM Egmont is the owner of Nordisk Film Cinemas; they are the biggest cinema chain in Denmark and Norway 207 Cinema halls are currently equipped with modern technology and a high level of comfort 13 urrently they have 207 cinema halls; all are equipped C with modern technology and a high level of comfort. Every year the 39 cinemas receive between 9-10 million visitors; they come to enjoy the entertainment and companionship with family. Nordisk Film are continuously working on developing their cinemas to ensure the technology is up to date. They have installed a Rosendahl self-service cinema kiosk. Denmark and Norway s biggest cinema chain, Nordisk Film Cinemas welcomes up to 10 million visitors per year. It is possible to see the newest movies in one of their 207 halls, all of them optimized continuously with the newest technology and a high level of comfort. Outside the halls, the cinema is also keeping up to date. They integrated a self-service payment kiosk from Rosendahl in cooperation with Kiosk IT. With our payment solution, it is possible for the visitors to skip the ticket booths queue, and pick up or buy tickets directly on the payment kiosk. To pick up a ticket you can enter a code on the kiosk, that you receive when ordering, or you can scan a QR-code. To buy a ticket you choose the movie you want to see, afterwards you pay with your credit card. The POS-kiosk have an integrated card reader and pin pad. With up to 10 million visitors per year, we are sure with this smart payment solution, we give the cinemas a better flow and less queue by the ticket booth. We are happy to have been part of developing this solution with Nordisk Film. 14 15 Winter ol 2014 sochi Rosendahl Conceptkiosk was contacted by the subcontractor for the Olympic Games in Sochi in 2014 where they needed outdoor digital information points all across the Olympic area. The kiosk was used for wayfinding, time schedules and tourist information. For the Olympic Games was there delivered 15 outdoor units. Vdf VDF Signages is a partnership between Rosendahl Conceptkiosk in Denmark and Inputech in Switzerland. The companies work closely together on developing new outdoor kiosk for mainly digital signage. Solutions from VDF Signage can be modified so they can be used all over the world.
16 17 PORSCHE Porsche UK uses interactive kiosks to provide visitors with information of used Porsche Approved pre-owned cars. Select Porsche showrooms in UK have installed interactive touch kiosks to search in the Porsche database of approved preowned cars. The user can find the German luxury brand cars in stock, located around the UK. Test drives can be arranged by using an interactive touch screen and the digital brochure can also be sent by email. When the unit is not operated, it shows interactive videos and announcement of new Porsche models and equipment. Visit FlexiTilt Product Page for more information. We have supplied our FlexiTilt with a 22 projected capacitive monitor. The monitor is installed into a 10mm aluminium frame around it for a sleek and elegant design.
18 19 Gannon University We help the students and guests that visits Gannon University in Pennsylvania, USA, to find their way on campus. Evelina Hospital Evelina London Children s hospital have together with Conceptkiosk automated and raised the check-in experience for patients when they arrive. We are very proud to have been chosen to deliver our solutions, that makes the check-in easier for parents at Evelina London Children s hospital. With our interactive FlexiTilt 19 kiosk with front panel graphics, interactive touch screen and a 2D barcode scanner, every patient check-in efficiently. Now parents can easily register upon their arrival, and be present for their child. The campus of Gannon University needed an outdoor interactive solution, so the students and guests were able to use wayfinding outdoor, where weather conditions can be extreme. The signs are used to present content or upcoming events on the campus, when it is not used for wayfinding. Our Foris-range is delivered with an anti-glare glass so in high sunlight, the screen is still easily seen. Furthermore an IR/UV filter absorbs large amounts of the heat, generated on the front of the glass. The Foris-range is packed with a 3000 nits monitor and auto-brightness sensor, to ensure the content is always visible in any outdoor environments.

La Cigale have installed interactive reception kiosks to inform the guests about all their fine facilities and activities in the city. Hotel La Cigale in Tunisia have recently installed reception kiosks in their hotel. The hotel is very prestigious and there is a certain standard to achieve. Furthermore it is a 5-star hotel, this proves they ensure their guests and visitors the highest service and facilities. To provide even more service for the guests, they have installed digital reception kiosks in the hotel, so the guests can see what events and activities are in the area, or in the hotel. 22 23 EMPTY SKY MEMORIAL Empty Sky Memorial is a memorial ground for the tragic event that happened on 9/11 2001 in New York City. It is a prestige project where the solution for Rosendahl Conceptkiosk was selected among 32 kiosk manufacturers from all over the world. The kiosks are used for wayfinding at the memorial ground and the memorial wall.
