Camp Is Almost HERE! The planning team has been working hard and we are excited about the upcoming camp. Here are some things you need to know to prepare for our time together. Camp begins on Thursday, Oct 27, 2011 Plan to arrive at camp after dinner on Thursday, around 6 p.m. a map is included in this mailing. When you arrive please come to the Memorial Building Each day we will have small group sessions, recreation, free time and worship. (see attached schedule) As in the past, we will have a nurse available to us during the event. Prescription medications need to be housed in the health lodge. Campers will be free to go the health lodge as needed. Camp ends on Sunday, OCT 30, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Things you need to bring Weather appropriate clothing it will be COLD at night and cool during the day Sleeping bag, pillow, linens (VERY HELPFUL TO BRING AN EXTRA FLAT SHEET to place between the mattress and the squeaky springs to keep the noise level down) Towel and personal toiletries (soap/shampoo/tooth paste etc ) Flashlight Snacks to share Bible Quarters for the soda machine A musical instrument if you d like to play in worship Games (board games, footballs, etc ) to share Medications (must be listed on registration form and in original bottle with name and dose information) A list of allergies and any health concerns A hammer (PLEASE LABEL with you name) Safety glasses Work gloves A thumb drive to copy pictures at the end of the event (other options will be available) Things you may NOT bring PDAs, personal CD players, IPODs, Gameboys or any other personal electronic devices. Cell phones may be used only in case of emergency. We are located in central Wisconsin outside the village of Rosholt, just 16 minutes from Stevens Point.
