Thirteen paragraphs (about four pages) is expected, and will show depth of understanding of the theme explored, via discussion of how the theme is revealed through the literary works cited. Do not use headers or subheaders in your text. Use transition words and write fluidly, linking your ideas together with words. When needed, use reliable sources, including your novel texts, and properly cite them in the text. Also include a Works Cited page as part of your document (on its own page). For this class, a copy of Writers INC: A Student Handbook for Writing & Learning is required: refer to it in composing this paper. Creative project: This term project will result in a class presentation during which you will conversationally highlight your key points. You will also be required to present a visual, audio, or other approved creative project as part of your presentation. This portion of the project must be used to illustrate or emphasize some important aspect of your thesis/project. Be sure to complete your assignment according to instructions.
