USE ONLY DOMESTIC AC OUTLETS Connecting the unit to an outlet supplying a higher voltage may create a fire hazard. SPECIAL WARNINGS Never use this product near an aircraft or medical facility. It can cause interference. Use of product in the following locations may result in abnormal video and audio output: Product installed in the walls made of concrete Product situated near refrigerator. Microwave oven, or other metal items A cluttered room where the wireless signals may be blocked This product has been tested and manufactured to comply with each country s safety rules, however there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in some scenarios. If interference happens, adjust distance between transmitter and receiver. Optimal range between transmitter and receiver is between 2 and 7 meters line of sight. This product may interfere 5GHz wireless devices. If interference occurs configure your 5GHz router to 2.4 GHz band only. FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION INTERFERENCE STATEMENT This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. INTRODUCTION This product transmits uncompressed 1080p (60 Hz) video and audio content to a display wirelessly. It uses 4.9 GHz~ 5.9 GHz frequencies and it adjusts frequency automatically to avoid interference. If the transmitter is powered off the receiver will switch to Standby after 10 minutes automatically. Connecting IR Blasters It is possible to point your source remote control at the Rx, and it will relay the IR signal back to the source/s wirelessly. 1. CONNECT IR EMITTER TO TX Cable has 3 x IR emitter diodes inline to control up to three source devices. Position them directly over the IR receivers on the source equipment. NOTE 1: The IR sensors support 36~56kHz (NEC, RC5, RC6) signal protocol. The default setting is 47kHz. Some devices may not be supported. 8

OPERATION 1. CHECK REMOTE CONTROL Ensure the 2 x AAA batteries are loaded into the remote control. 2. TURN POWER ON When mains power is turned on the Tx and Rx will automatically turn on. They can be powered on in any order If both in standby both need to be turned on manually 3. TURN POWER OFF Pressing Rx or Remote control power button turns Rx off, but leaves Tx on so that the pass-through on Tx continues to work. ON Pressing Tx power button will turn both off. OFF As soon as they are both on the blue power light will flash for 15-20 seconds while the link is established, then it will stay on. NOT WORKING? If you don t have an image ensure: 1. Even when there is no link an on screen display will be output from the receiver. 2. The computer is set to duplicate or extend the desktop (Control Panel\Appearance and Personalisation\Display\Screen Resolution) 3. Change source on Tx 9

NOTE 1: If link does not establish the transmitter may be out of range. Adjust distance between Tx and Rx. The maximum video transmission range for 1080p content is up to 20m (66 feet) in line of sight (LOS). The minimum range is 2m (6.5 feet). TROUBLESHOOTING If your system is not operating properly, please refer to the following information. Problem Power indicators not lighting up Correction Check if the power plugs of transmitter/receiver are properly inserted into a functioning power outlet. LIFETIME RETURN-TO-BASE WARRANTY This product comes with a lifetime return to base warranty. If you have a problem you are required to provide a DETAILED DESCRIPTION of the fault. Some Vision products are very technical and require troubleshooting all elements of the installation as it may not be the Vision product at fault. Because of this the manufacturer may refuse to replace the item if an adequate description is not provided. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty protects you against the following: o Failure of any components, including the power supply. o Damage when the product is first removed from its packaging if reported within 24 hours of purchase. If the product is DOA (dead on arrival), you have 21 days from purchase date to notify the national distributor via your AV reseller. The original purchaser is responsible for shipment of the product to the Vision s appointed service centre. The liability of Vision is limited to the cost of replacement of the faulty unit under warranty except for death or injury (EU85/374/EEC). If the product is end of line (EOL) the Vision will provide a credit instead of replacement. This warranty does not protect this product against faults caused by abuse, misuse, incorrect installation, unstable or faulty power input, or modification. Vision aims to send a replacement item within 5 working days however this may not always be possible, in which case it will be sent as soon as practicably possible. The manufacturer will not provide the onsite service if o The reseller or end user has been abusive o The user has is taking unfair advantage of this service The manufacturer will pre-qualify the visit to ensure the fault relates to the Vision product. The engineer visits are timed to ensure you are onsite and the room is accessible. A revisit WILL NOT be provided if access to the room is not provided at the arranged time. Engineers will wait 15 minutes only. 16
