Paid parking is in effect Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:30pm. Parking rates are $0.75 per half hour with the first hour free. Maximum vehicle height is 2.00m. Fire Safety The Rose Theatre complies with all applicable Municipal, Provincial, and Federal regulations regarding fire safety. The Theatre and the City must approve blocking or changing any exit pathways or aisles used by the public. The Theatre and the City must approve any plans to alternate seating. Security 1 security guard is onsite for all evening performances. Additional security may be deemed necessary on a show by show basis. Ushers The Rose Theatre utilizes volunteer ushers Usher s Responsibility 1. Taking tickets 2. Handing out programs to patrons 3. Accompanying patrons to their seats 4. Seating latecomers in between numbers at the discretion of the Front of House Manger 5. Being aware of all fire exits and fire pull stations 6. Assisting the Front of House Manager with patron evacuation should it be necessary 7. Answering any inquiries from patrons to the best of their ability 8. Following the direction and guidance of the Front of House Manager Sales of Food & Merchandise The payment of 10% commission of the sales (if renter provides a seller) or 15% commission of the sales (if the Theatre provides the seller) commission rate is to be reconciled with the Front of House Manager at the end of the engagement.

Loading Dock Truck access is via Theatre Lane. The Rose Theatre has two loading bays 1 Truck level, 1 hydraulic (adjustable 1-5 ) We do not have a loading ramp for trucks. The main stage loading door is 7 10 x 10. Artist Access Access is drive-up SR backstage door, next to the loading doors. The entrance for the Main Lobby is on the ground level of the Theatre. The parking garage is located directly behind the Theatre on Theatre Lane. Parking for trucks, busses, and large vans is available upon request. Production Offices The green room is used as the production office. Phone access is available. Wireless internet access is available upon request where available.
