Replacing the unit 3 8. The parameters saved on the card are now available again. 9. For applications with motor encoder or distance encoder, you have to carry out a referencing movement. Revision MOVIPRO SDC 7
4 SD memory card as spare part 4 SD memory card as spare part If you have ordered an SD card as spare part, it is possible that the versions of the bootloader software are different for the SD memory card and your MOVIPRO unit. In this case, the MOVIPRO unit remains in the following state for more than 5 minutes: 7-segment display Status LED S2 8.8.8 flashing Flashing green/orange Proceed as follows: 1. De-energize the new MOVIPRO. 2. Unscrew the memory card cover at the MOVIPRO unit and remove the SD memory card. 3. Connect an SD card reader to your PC. 4. Insert the SD memory card in the SD card reader. On your PC, go to [Computer] > [SD] > [System] > "BootConfig.cfg". 5. Open the file "BootConfig.cfg" with a text editor. 6. Search the file for the following expression: <!-- Confirm bootloader update with reset button? --> 7. In the parameter "ConfirmBlUpdateWithResetBtn", change the value "true" to "false". The expression must now be: <ConfirmBlUpdateWithResetBtn>true</ConfirmBlUpdateWithResetBtn> <ConfirmBlUpdateWithResetBtn>false</ConfirmBlUpdateWithResetBtn> 8. Save the file. 9. In the status bar, click [Safely remove hardware]. As soon as the PC confirms this, you can remove the SD memory card from the SD card reader. 10.Insert the SD memory card in the slot in MOVIPRO and screw the memory card cover back on. 11.Switch on the MOVIPRO. MOVIPRO is booting. NOTICE! Switching off MOVIPRO during the boot sequence Destruction of the communication and control unit of MOVIPRO The boot sequence can take several minutes. The status LED is flashing green/ orange. Never switch off MOVIPRO during the boot sequence! 12.Observe the instructions in chapter "Unit replacement" ( 2 6) from step 7 onwards. 8 Revision MOVIPRO SDC
Operation 5 5 Operation INFORMATION For operating modes with encoder feedback, parameters must not be changed in cycles faster than 2 seconds. This ensures that the encoders are initialized. The maximum output frequency in the VFC operating modes without encoder feedback is 150 Hz. The maximum output frequency in the V/f operating mode and all operating modes with encoder feedback is 599 Hz. If the maximum output frequency is exceeded, error 08, "Speed monitoring," is displayed. Revision MOVIPRO SDC 9
