Delegate List: Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner Electronic delegate list after the Conference In addition to the entitlements outlined above, each Silver Sponsor may choose the following option to complement their package. The preferred lunch break must be selected by the sponsor at the time of submitting their sponsorship booking form. The preferred option must be selected by the sponsor at the time of submitting their sponsorship booking form. Refreshment Break Morning and afternoon tea break on one day of the Conference Corporate literature may be displayed at the sponsored catering break station (sponsor to supply) The sponsor may provide a freestanding banner which will be positioned in a prominent location in the break area Small table signs featuring the organisation name and logo displayed at the sponsored catering break station (Conference Managers to supply) Two (2) passes for nominated guests to attend the sponsored catering break (these passes are for the catering break only, attendance to other sessions is not included)

VENDOR PRESENTATION $2,000 (incl. GST) 30-45 minute mini-breakfast session". This provides an excellent way to present a case study or product/solution overview. Vendor presentations are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and are only available as an Add On option for major packages* and exhibitors. All vendor presenters must either purchase a day registration or use one of those included with the vendor s main sponsorship. Vendors must provide a title, presenter(s), and an abstract of the presentation. The presentations should be educational in nature and not a specific sales pitch. The Organising Committee reserves the right not to accept vendor presentations based upon suitability of the content and on the time of application. The Organisers will provide each Vendor Presentation sponsor with an appropriate meeting room, standard audio visual equipment package (screen, data projector, computer, podium and microphone). Sponsors are responsible for the cost of breakfast catering, any travel, accommodation and registration fees for all speakers or chairpersons participating in the sponsored session. *(platinum, gold, silver). TRADE DISPLAY $3,300 (incl. GST) 3m x 3m display space The exhibition will be located in the main catering area and has been designed to ensure good visibility and access to all stands. The main catering stations for teas and lunches will be within metres of the exhibition area. Delegate List: Electronic delegate list after the Conference Trade Display: The Exhibition will be open to delegates Monday evening 1 July 2019 (Welcome Reception) and then Tuesday 2 July to Thursday 4 July 2019. Morning tea, afternoon tea, lunches and the Welcome Reception will be served in the Exhibition Area. Shell Scheme includes; Size: one booth 3 metres wide x 3 metres deep x 2.5 metres high, Walls: 2500mm high matt anodised aluminium frame with black coloured front runner material, framed in polished anodised aluminium. Only Velcro can be used to attach display items to walls. Facia: Names using navy vinyl-cut UPPERCASE lettering onto a white background, with names on all open sides. Lighting: 2x 150-watt spotlights per booth mounted on the back wall system, and Power: 1x 4amp power point Raw Space is suitable for custom built stands. It is carpeted and has power access Allocation of Sponsorship Packages and Exhibition Sites Sponsorship packages and exhibition sites will be allocated by the Conference Organisers. Site positions will be allocated after taking into account each organisation s sponsorship, the date of confirmation of participation, preferences, proximity to competitors and any other relevant matters. The Committee reserves the right to alter the floor plan. Preliminary Setup Schedule: Set-up date: Monday afternoon 1 July 2019 Exhibition dates: Tuesday 2 July to Thursday 4 July 2019 Break-down date: Thursday 4 July 2019 Booth staff - additional staff over and above the one (1) complimentary full registration entitlement above must register as an exhibitor at $150/person/day. This entitles staff to catering on the day of registration plus the Welcome Reception Monday evening 1 July 2019. The Conference Dinner is

an additional cost. It does not include attendance at Conference sessions. Booth staff wishing to attend sessions must register as a Conference delegate. TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Professional Conference Organiser will take all care to fulfil the listed Sponsorship commitments. The Sponsors are responsible for providing all their requirements i.e. banners, promotional material and any other material. Sponsors are responsible for the security of their own equipment and materials whilst at the Conference. Your Sponsorship selection will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. The Organiser reserves the right to decline an application and alter the program if required. Attendance The organisers make no warranty as to the number of delegates and/or visitors that may attend the Conference. Provision of Delegates details The provision of delegate contact details as specified in individual packages is subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act 2001. The Privacy Act 2001 provides that before name and address details can be published in the list of delegates for distribution to any party, delegates must give consent. This delegate list may not be used up to and not beyond August 2018 for the purposes of contacting Conference delegates. This list must not be used in conjunction with any other non-related conference matters nor is the list to be used for future conference marketing, or transferred in whole or in part to any third party. Unavoidable Occurrences In the event that the Conference is cancelled or delayed through no fault of the Organiser or the venue, including but not limited to fire, flood, labour disputes, natural disasters, civil disorders, riots, insurrections, work stoppages, slowdowns or disputes, or other similar events then the sponsor shall not be entitled to any refund or claim for any loss or damage. Corporate Recognition Inclusion of corporate logos or recognition in printed material is subject to meeting publication deadlines. Cancellation Policy Once a booking form has been received for Sponsorship opportunities, any cancellation must be advised in writing. If the cancellation is received on or before 30 May 2019 an administration fee of 25% of the total price is retained. If the cancellation is received after 30 May 2019, no refund is applicable unless the sponsorship package is resold where 25% of the total price is retained. Other Notes All prices include GST. A tax invoice will be sent on receipt of the booking form. All banners are subject to venue pre-approval. (Freestanding, upright banners are recommended.)
