Emerald Coast Theatre Company s 2015/16 Season: Осtober Eleemosynary by Lee Blessing This play probes into the delicate relationship of three singular women: the grandmother, Dorothea, her brilliant daughter, and grand-daughter. In his examination of their relationships with one another, Blessing illustrates the tensions that can stress a family to its breaking point. December A Dickens Christmas Experience a unique adaptation of Charles Dickens famous story A Christmas Carol in this up close and intimate setting. Three talented professional actors seamlessly change from character to character as they bring to life the tale of Scrooge and his transformational night with three ghosts. Make this special evening a new holiday tradition as you share cookies and tea with your family and friends in a cozy, festive atmosphere. February Almost, Maine by John Cariani On a cold, clear, moonless night in the middle of winter, all is not quite what it seems in the remote, mythical town of Almost, Maine. As the northern lights hover in the star-filled sky above, Almost's residents find themselves falling in and out of love in unexpected and often hilarious ways. Knees are bruised. Hearts are broken. But the bruises heal, and the hearts mend almost in this delightful midwinter night's dream.
